Check-in: 18:00–19:30
Boarding location: ICONSIAM Pier 2 (Pier 2; same in case of rain)
Boarding: 20:00–20:15
Cruise time: 20:15–22:15
In case of rain:
After picking up your ticket, wait at GATE1 near the ICONSIAM Rolex store.
If you arrive after the check-in time, exchange your ticket with the cruise staff at GATE1.Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the check-in counter closes.

Around 200 seats are available, and the 3rd floor will be assigned first.
The 3rd floor is assigned first, and if all seats on the 3rd floor are fully booked, the 2nd-floor indoor seating will open. - 1st–2nd Floor (Indoor Seating)

Even if you book indoor seating on the 1st or 2nd floor, you will be assigned to the 3rd-floor outdoor seating if only the 3rd floor is operating on that day.
If you request indoor seating from the on-site staff on the day of use, it will be assigned if available, but please note that food is only served on the 3rd floor. - Outdoor Seating / Indoor Seating

Even if you have booked and confirmed outdoor seating, there may be cases where it cannot be provided on-site.
Please be advised that the options are divided at the cruise operator's request to easily distinguish your preferences.
Even if you are assigned to indoor seating, you can always go outside to enjoy the scenery.

- The cruise operates even on rainy days, but if the river level rises, we may be unable to pass under the bridges for safety reasons. In that case, the route may differ from what was previously shared, and you may not be able to visit Wat Arun.
- If you’re assigned outdoor seating, you’ll be asked to move indoors and use the indoor area instead.

- You can store your luggage for free—just let our staff know when you board. (Please keep valuables with you.)

Location & Directions
- TaxiSearch for “ICONSIAM” on Google Maps, then show it to your driver.
- BTSAfter getting off at BTS Charoen Nakhon Station, please proceed to ICONSIAM.
- Shuttle BoatBoard the shuttle boat at the Sathorn Pier at BTS Sapan Taksin Station to Icon Siam. The fare is 10 THB per person, and boats run every 10–15 minutes.
