▶ The hotel is a 5-minute walk from International CC.
▶ For parties of two, priority will be given to Join(shared tour) play.
▶ The golf courses listed in the itinerary are provided for reference only. The order in which courses are assigned may change depending on the time of booking.
▶ Each round is limited to a maximum of 4 hours and 30 minutes. A collared shirt is required; knee-length shorts are permitted, but jeans are not allowed.
▶ Tee times are assigned one week in advance. If an early tee time is assigned due to local circumstances and you are unable to use the hotel breakfast restaurant, a boxed breakfast will be provided instead.
▶ If a reservation cannot be made due to a tournament or the course being fully booked, the course may be changed, and an additional charge may apply.
▶ Your passport must be valid for at least six months from the departure date. Entry may be denied if your passport is damaged.
▶ As this is a package tour, no refund will be provided if you do not participate in the rounds, meals, or included activities. This also applies in cases of force majeure, rain, and other circumstances. - Cancellation Policy

◈ Reservations and cancellations for this product are subject to the Special Terms and Conditions for Overseas Travel. When these special terms apply, cancellation fees will be higher than those under the standard terms and conditions.
◈ Cancellation fees (penalties based on land arrangements)
- Cancellations made at least 15 days before the start of the trip: Deposit refunded.
- Cancellations made 14–8 days before the start of the trip: 30% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made 7 days before the start of the trip through the day of departure: 100% of the land arrangements cost charged as a penalty.
◈ Airline cancellation penalties vary by airline and depend on when the cancellation is made in relation to the departure date. Fees may apply regardless of how much time remains after ticket issuance.
◈ If the English spelling of a passenger’s name needs to be changed after the ticket has been issued, the ticket must be canceled and refunded before making a new reservation.
(Reissuance fees and any difference in airfare may apply.)
◈ For hard-block (charter flight) bookings, cancellations or changes made after the reservation is submitted will incur a penalty of 100% of the airfare.
◈ If the deposit has not been paid, all local arrangements remain on hold. Please be sure to check the confirmation once the deposit has been paid.
※ These cancellation terms apply only to requests submitted during business days (excluding public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays) and business hours (until 18:00 based on the destination country’s local time).
※ If you cancel due to injury, illness, hospitalization, death, or similar circumstances, you may request a refund by providing supporting documents. However, a refund may not be possible depending on the local supplier’s contractual terms.
※ If the Ministry of Foreign Affairs issues a special travel advisory for the destination country, or if the WHO declares an infectious disease alert at Level 5 or Level 6 (global pandemic), making it difficult to fulfill the contract, either party may terminate the contract.
