- We will do our best to arrange your requested tee-off times, but they cannot be guaranteed.
- If you do not request tee-off times when booking, times will be assigned at our discretion, generally in the morning.
- If your requested times are unavailable, we will suggest alternative times and coordinate the schedule accordingly. The final schedule will depend on the circumstances.

- An SUV will be provided for 2 guests or fewer, and a van for 3 or more guests.

✅ [Important Information]
- The reservation date is based on your departure date from Korea.
- Please check in at least 30 minutes before your tee-off time. If you arrive late, the golf course may refuse play or your tee-off time may be changed.
- Weather-related policies are subject to the golf course’s regulations.
(No refund will be provided if you choose not to visit the golf course based on your personal judgment.)
- An additional fee of 20,000 KRW per person applies for rounds on Thai public holidays.

- The Monkey Swing package is a conditional product confirmed subject to flight seat availability. If seats cannot be secured, the full payment will be refunded.; Meeting/Pick-up Location Information; 1. After collecting your luggage, exit through Exit B or C.
2. Turn right and proceed toward Exit 3.
3. At the median between Exits 3 and 4, look for the Monkey Travel sign with your name.
4. After confirming your name in English, present your booking confirmation (voucher) to the staff.

- Cancellation made 30–22 days before the tour start date: 10% of the tour price + airline cancellation penalty
- Cancellation made 21–15 days before the tour start date: 30% of the tour price + airline cancellation penalty
- Cancellation made 14–8 days before the tour start date: 50% of the tour price + airline cancellation penalty
- Cancellation made 7 days before the tour start date through the tour date: 100% of the tour price
- Cancellation made on the tour date: 100% of the tour price

※ Cancellations are subject to the above policy only when requested during business days (excluding public holidays and Saturdays/Sundays) and business hours (by 18:00).; ▶Cancellation Fee Policy for Jin Air Airline Tickets◀; Air tickets may be issued in advance of the tour start date.

If you cancel after the tickets have been issued, the airline’s cancellation fee will apply. This fee is charged separately from the cancellation fees specified in the special terms and conditions.

Under airline policy, itinerary changes are not permitted after ticket issuance. English name corrections are allowed only when the pronunciation matches the Korean name.

* If you cancel after ticket issuance and by the day before departure:
- Cancellation fee: 120,000원
- Air ticket processing fee: 10,000원

* If you cancel within 1 hour of departure or do not show up:
- Cancellation fee: 140,000원
- Air ticket processing fee: 10,000원
- No-show fee: 300,000원
