- Please include your preferred tee-off times in the special requests field when making your reservation.
e.g., Day 2: 07:00, Day 3: 08:00, Day 4: 11:00
- We will do our best to arrange your requested tee-off times, but they cannot be guaranteed.
- If you do not request tee-off times when booking, morning times will be assigned at our discretion.
- If your requested times are unavailable, we will provide alternative options and coordinate the schedule accordingly. Final tee-off times will be determined based on the circumstances.

- An SUV will be provided for 2 guests or fewer, and a van will be provided for 3 or more guests.

✅ [Important Information]
- The reservation date is based on your departure date from Korea.
- Please check in at least 30 minutes before your tee-off time. If you arrive late, the golf course may refuse your entry or your tee-off time may be changed.
- Weather-related policies are subject to the golf course’s regulations. No refund will be provided if you choose not to visit the golf course based on your own judgment.
- Weekend rates apply when playing on Thai public holidays, resulting in an additional charge of 20,000 won per person.

- The Monkey Swing package is a conditional product confirmed based on flight seat availability. If seats cannot be secured, the full payment will be refunded.; Meeting/Pick-up Location Information; 1. After collecting your luggage, exit through Gate B or C.
2. Turn right and head toward Exit 3.
3. At the median between Exits 3 and 4, look for the Monkey Travel sign.
4. Confirm your name in English and present your booking confirmation (voucher) to the staff.

- Cancellation 30–22 days before the departure date: 10% of the tour price + airfare cancellation penalty
- Cancellation 21–15 days before the departure date: 30% of the tour price + airfare cancellation penalty
- Cancellation 14–8 days before the departure date: 50% of the tour price + airfare cancellation penalty
- Cancellation from 7 days before the departure date up to the departure date: 100% of the tour price
- Cancellation on the departure date: 100% of the tour price

※ Cancellations are accepted only when requested on business days (excluding public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays) during business hours (until 18:00).; ▶Cancellation Fee Policy for Jin Air Airline Tickets◀; Air tickets may be issued in advance of the tour start date.

If you cancel after your air ticket has been issued, the airline’s cancellation fee will apply. This fee is charged separately from the cancellation fees outlined in the special terms and conditions.

Under the airline’s policy, itinerary changes are not permitted after ticket issuance. English name corrections are permitted only when the pronunciation matches the Korean name.

* If you cancel after ticket issuance and up to one day before departure:
- Cancellation fee: 140,000원
- Air ticket service fee: 10,000원

* If you cancel within 1 hour of departure or fail to show up:
- Cancellation fee: 140,000원
- Air ticket service fee: 10,000원
- No-show fee: 300,000원

In-flight seat assignments are determined solely by the airline, and the travel agency is not responsible for the assigned seats. Please understand that we may not be able to assign your preferred seats.
