- Please leave your preferred tee-off times in the special requests field when making your reservation.
Example: Day 2: 07:00, Day 3: 08:00, Day 4: 11:00
- We will do our best to arrange your requested tee-off time, but it cannot be guaranteed.
- If you do not request a tee-off time when booking, one will be assigned at random during the morning.
- If your requested time is unavailable, we will advise you of alternative options and coordinate accordingly. The final time will be determined based on the circumstances.

- An SUV will be provided for 2 guests or fewer, and a van will be provided for 3 guests or more.

✅ [Important Information]
- The reservation date is based on your departure date from Korea.
- Please check in at least 30 minutes before your tee-off time. If you arrive late, the golf course may refuse play or change your tee-off time.
- Weather-related policies are subject to the golf course’s regulations.
(No refund will be provided if you choose not to visit the golf course based on your personal judgment.)
- Weekend rates apply for rounds played on Thai public holidays, with an additional charge of 20,000 KRW per person.

- 몽키스윙 packages are subject to confirmation based on flight seat availability. If seats cannot be secured, the full payment will be refunded.; Meeting and Pick-up Location Information; 1. After collecting your luggage, exit through Exit B or C.

3. At the divider between Exits 3 and 4, look for the Monkey Travel sign.
4. Confirm your name in English and show the staff your booking confirmation (voucher).

* If you cancel after ticket issuance and by one day before departure:

* If you cancel within 1 hour of departure or fail to show up:
- Cancellation fee: 100,000원
- Air ticket handling fee: 10,000원
- No-show fee: 300,000원
