- Please leave your preferred tee-off times in the booking request.
e.g., Day 2: 07:00, Day 3: 08:00, Day 4: 11:00
- We will do our best to arrange your preferred tee-off times, but they may not be available for confirmation.
- If you do not request tee-off times when booking, morning tee-off times will be assigned automatically.
- If your requested times are unavailable, we will suggest alternative times and coordinate the schedule accordingly. The final schedule will be determined based on the circumstances.

- An SUV will be provided for 2 guests or fewer, and a van for 3 or more guests.

- The booking date is based on your departure date from Korea.
- Please check in at least 30 minutes before your tee-off time. If you arrive late, the golf course may refuse play or your tee-off time may be changed.
- Weather-related policies are subject to the golf course’s regulations. If you decide not to visit the golf course based on your own judgment, no refund will be provided.
- The Monkey Swing package is a conditional booking confirmed subject to flight seat availability. If seats cannot be secured, the full payment will be refunded. - Meeting/Pick-up Location Information

Unlike the Standard Terms and Conditions for Overseas Travel (Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards), special terms apply, including the cancellation fees outlined below.

- Cancellation requested 30 to 22 days before the travel start date: 10% of the tour price + airfare cancellation penalty
- Cancellation requested 21 to 15 days before the travel start date: 30% of the tour price + airfare cancellation penalty
- Cancellation requested 14 to 8 days before the travel start date: 50% of the tour price + airfare cancellation penalty
- Cancellation requested 7 days before the travel start date through the day of travel: 100% of the tour price
- Cancellation requested on the day of travel: 100% of the tour price
※ Cancellations are subject to the above policy only when requested during business days (excluding public holidays and Saturdays/Sundays) and business hours (by 18:00). - ▶Air Busan Flight Cancellation Policy◀

Air tickets may be issued in advance before the start of the trip.
If you cancel after the tickets have been issued, the airline’s cancellation fee will apply. This fee is charged separately from the cancellation fees specified in the special terms and conditions.
Under the airline’s policy, itinerary changes are not permitted after ticket issuance. English name corrections are permitted only when the English name has the same pronunciation as the Korean name.
* If you cancel after ticket issuance and by one day before departure:
- Cancellation fee: 120,000원
- Air ticket handling fee: 10,000원
* From within 1 hour before departure through no-show:
- Cancellation fee: 100,000원
- Air ticket handling fee: 10,000원
- No-show fee: 300,000원
