- Please enter your preferred tee-off times in the request section when booking.
Example: Day 2: 07:00, Day 3: 08:00, Day 4: 11:00
- We will do our best to arrange your requested tee-off times, but they cannot be guaranteed.
- If you do not request tee-off times when booking, morning tee-off times will be assigned at our discretion.
- If your requested times are unavailable, we will suggest alternative times and coordinate the schedule accordingly. Final times are subject to availability and local circumstances.

Unlike the Standard Terms and Conditions for Overseas Travel (Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards), these special terms apply, along with the following separate cancellation fee policy.

- Cancellation 30–22 days before the tour start date: 10% of the tour price + airline cancellation penalty
- Cancellation 21–15 days before the tour start date: 30% of the tour price + airline cancellation penalty
- Cancellation 14–8 days before the tour start date: 50% of the tour price + airline cancellation penalty
- Cancellation 7 days before the tour start date through the tour date: 100% of the tour price
- Cancellation on the tour date: 100% of the tour price

Air tickets may be issued in advance before the start of the trip.
If you cancel after the air ticket has been issued, the airline’s cancellation fee will apply. This fee is charged separately from the cancellation fees specified in the special terms and conditions.
Under the airline’s regulations, itinerary changes are not permitted after ticket issuance. English name corrections are permitted only when the corrected name has the same pronunciation as the Korean name.
* If you cancel after ticket issuance and up to one day before departure
- Cancellation fee: 120,000 won
- Air ticket booking service fee: 10,000 won
* From within 1 hour of departure through no-show
- Cancellation fee: 100,000 won
- Air ticket booking service fee: 10,000 won
- No-show fee: 300,000 won
