✅ [Tee-off Time]
- Please leave your preferred tee-off times in the special requests section when booking.
e.g., Day 2: 07:00, Day 3: 08:00, Day 4: 11:00
- We will do our best to arrange your requested tee-off times, but they may not be confirmed exactly as requested.
- If you do not request tee-off times when booking, times will be assigned at random in the morning.
- If your requested times are unavailable, we will provide alternative options and coordinate the schedule accordingly. Final tee-off times will be determined based on availability and local circumstances.

- An SUV will be provided for up to 2 guests, and a van will be provided for 3 or more guests.
✅ [Important Information]
- The booking date is based on the departure date from Korea.
- Please check in at least 30 minutes before your tee-off time. If you arrive late, the golf course may refuse play or change your tee-off time.
- Weather-related policies are subject to the golf course’s regulations.
(No refund will be provided if you choose not to visit the golf course based on your own judgment.)

Unlike the Standard Terms and Conditions for Overseas Travel (Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards), special terms apply, including the following separate cancellation fee policy.

- Cancellation notified 30 to 22 days before the tour start date: 10% of the tour price + airline cancellation penalty
- Cancellation notified 21 to 15 days before the tour start date: 30% of the tour price + airline cancellation penalty
- Cancellation notified 14 to 8 days before the tour start date: 50% of the tour price + airline cancellation penalty
- Cancellation notified 7 days before the tour start date through the day of the tour: 100% of the tour price
- Cancellation notified on the day of the tour: 100% of the tour price

Air tickets may be issued in advance of the start of your trip.
If you cancel after the ticket has been issued, the airline’s cancellation fee will apply separately from the cancellation fees stipulated in the special terms and conditions.
Under the airline’s policy, itinerary changes are not permitted after ticket issuance. English name corrections are allowed only when the English name has the same pronunciation as the Korean name.
* If you cancel after ticket issuance and by the day before departure:
- Cancellation fee: 120,000원
- Air ticket agency fee: 10,000원
* From within 1 hour before departure through no-show:
- Cancellation fee: 100,000원
- Air ticket agency fee: 10,000원
- No-show fee: 300,000원
