- Please leave your preferred tee-off times in the special requests section when booking.

- We will do our best to arrange your requested tee-off times, but they cannot be guaranteed.
- If you do not request tee-off times when booking, morning tee-off times will be assigned automatically.
- If your requested times are unavailable, we will suggest alternative times and coordinate the schedule accordingly. Final arrangements will depend on the circumstances.

- An SUV will be provided for groups of 2 or fewer, and a van will be provided for groups of 3 or more.

✅ [Important Information]
- The booking date is based on your departure date from Korea.
- Please check in at least 30 minutes before your tee-off time. If you arrive late, the golf course may refuse your round or change your tee-off time.
- Weather-related policies are subject to the golf course’s regulations.
No refund will be provided if you decide not to visit the golf course based on your own judgment.
- Weekend rates apply for rounds on Thai public holidays, with an additional charge of KRW 20,000 per person.

- Monkey Swing packages are conditional upon airline seat availability. If seats cannot be secured, the full payment will be refunded.; Meeting/Pick-up Location Information; 1. After collecting your luggage, exit through Gate B or C.
2. Head right toward Exit 3.
3. At the median between Exits 3 and 4, look for a Monkey Travel sign.
4. Confirm your name in English and present your booking confirmation (voucher) to the staff.

- Cancellation notified 30 to 22 days before the tour departure date: The full charter flight ticket fare is non-refundable.
- Cancellation notified 21 to 15 days before the tour departure date: 20% of the tour price, plus the full charter flight ticket fare is non-refundable.
- Cancellation notified 14 to 8 days before the tour departure date: 50% of the tour price, plus the full charter flight ticket fare is non-refundable.
- Cancellation notified 7 days before the tour departure date through the day of the tour: 100% of the tour price will be charged.
- Cancellation notified on the day of the tour: 100% of the tour price will be charged.

※ Cancellations are subject to these terms only when the cancellation request is submitted during business days (excluding public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays) and business hours (by 18:00).; ▶ Cancellation Fee Policy for Jin Air Tickets ◀; Air tickets may be issued in advance before the start of the trip.

If you cancel after the tickets have been issued, the airline’s cancellation fee will apply separately from the cancellation fees specified in the special terms and conditions.

Under the airline’s policy, itinerary changes are not permitted after ticket issuance. Name corrections in English are allowed only when the revised name has the same pronunciation as the Korean name.

* If you cancel after ticket issuance and by the day before departure:
- Cancellation fee: 120,000원
- Air ticket processing fee: 10,000원

* If you cancel within 1 hour of departure or fail to show up:
- Cancellation fee: 140,000원
- Air ticket processing fee: 10,000원
- No-show fee: 300,000원
