- Please leave your preferred tee-off times in the special requests field when booking.

- We will do our best to arrange your requested tee-off times, but they cannot be guaranteed.
- If you do not request tee-off times when booking, morning tee-off times will be assigned at our discretion.
- If your requested times are unavailable, we will advise you of alternative times and coordinate accordingly. Final tee-off times will depend on availability.

- An SUV is provided for groups of up to 2 people.
- A minivan (van) is provided for groups of 4 or more.

✅ [Important Information]
- The booking date is based on your departure date from Korea.
- Please check in at least 30 minutes before your tee-off time. If you arrive late, you may be refused entry to the course or your tee-off time may be changed.
- Weather-related policies are subject to the golf course’s regulations.
(No refund will be provided if you choose not to go to the golf course based on your personal judgment.)
- Weekend rates apply when playing on Thai public holidays, with an additional charge of 30,000 KRW per person.

- Monkey Swing packages are conditional bookings confirmed subject to flight seat availability. If seats cannot be secured, the full payment will be refunded.; Meeting/Pick-up Location Information; 1. After collecting your luggage, exit through Exit B or C.
2. Turn right and proceed toward Exit 3.
3. At the median between Exits 3 and 4, look for the Monkey Travel sign.
4. Confirm your name in English and show the staff your booking confirmation (voucher).

▶ Cancellation Fee Policy (Special Terms) ◀

- Cancellation 30–22 days before the tour start date: 10% of the tour price + airline cancellation penalty
- Cancellation 21–15 days before the tour start date: 30% of the tour price + airline cancellation penalty
- Cancellation 14–8 days before the tour start date: 50% of the tour price + airline cancellation penalty
- Cancellation from 7 days before the tour start date through the day of the tour: 100% of the tour price
- Cancellation on the day of the tour: 100% of the tour price

※ Cancellations are subject to the above policy only when requested on business days (excluding public holidays and Saturdays and Sundays) and during business hours (until 18:00).; ▶Notice on Cancellation Fees for Jin Air Tickets◀; Air tickets may be issued in advance of the start of the tour.

If you cancel after the tickets have been issued, the airline’s cancellation fee will apply separately from the cancellation fees specified in the special terms.

Under the airline’s policy, itinerary changes are not permitted after ticket issuance. English name corrections are permitted only when the pronunciation matches the Korean name.

* Cancellations made after ticket issuance and up to one day before departure
- Cancellation fee: 120,000원
- Air ticket processing fee: 10,000원

* Cancellations made within 1 hour of departure or in the event of a no-show
- Cancellation fee: 140,000원
- Air ticket processing fee: 10,000원
- No-show fee: 300,000원
