✅ [Tee-off Times]
- Please enter your preferred tee-off times in the booking request.
e.g., Day 2: 07:00, Day 3: 08:00, Day 4: 11:00
- We will do our best to arrange your requested tee-off times, but they cannot be guaranteed.
- If you do not request tee-off times when booking, morning times will be assigned at our discretion.
- If your requested times are unavailable, we will inform you of alternative times and coordinate the schedule accordingly. Final arrangements will depend on availability.

- An SUV will be provided for up to 2 guests, and a van will be provided for 3 or more guests.

✅ [Important Information]
- The booking date is based on the departure date from Korea.
- Please check in at least 30 minutes before your tee-off time. If you arrive late, the golf course may refuse play or change your tee-off time.
- Weather-related policies are subject to the golf course’s regulations. Refunds are not available if you decide not to visit the golf course based on your own judgment.
- Weekend rates apply when playing on Thai public holidays, with an additional charge of 40,000 KRW per person.

- The 몽키스윙 package is a conditional booking that is confirmed subject to flight seat availability. If seats cannot be secured, the full payment amount will be refunded.; Meeting/Pick-up Location Information; 1. After collecting your luggage, exit through Exit B or C.
2. Turn right and proceed toward Exit 3.
3. At the divider between Exits 3 and 4, look for the Monkey Travel sign.
4. Confirm your name in English, then show the staff your booking confirmation (voucher).

- Cancellation 30–22 days before the tour start date: 10% of the tour price + reimbursement of airline cancellation penalties
- Cancellation 21–15 days before the tour start date: 30% of the tour price + reimbursement of airline cancellation penalties
- Cancellation 14–8 days before the tour start date: 50% of the tour price + reimbursement of airline cancellation penalties
- Cancellation from 7 days before the tour start date through the tour date: 100% of the tour price
- Cancellation on the tour date: 100% of the tour price

※ Cancellations are subject to the above policy only when requested during business days (excluding public holidays and Saturdays/Sundays) and business hours (until 18:00).; ▶Cancellation Policy for Jin Air Flight Tickets◀; Air tickets may be issued in advance before the start of the trip.

If you cancel after the ticket has been issued, the airline’s cancellation fee will apply separately from the cancellation fees specified in the special terms.

Under the airline’s regulations, itinerary changes are not permitted after ticket issuance. English name changes are permitted only when the pronunciation is identical to the Korean name.

* If you cancel after ticket issuance and up to one day before departure:
- Cancellation fee: 120,000원
- Air ticket handling fee: 10,000원

* If you cancel within 1 hour of departure or are a no-show:
- Cancellation fee: 100,000원
- Air ticket handling fee: 10,000원
- No-show fee: 300,000원
