- We will do our best to arrange your requested tee-off time, but it may not be confirmed.
- If you do not request tee-off times when booking, times will be assigned automatically in the morning.
- If your requested time is unavailable, we will suggest alternative times and coordinate the schedule accordingly. The final schedule will depend on local circumstances.

- The booking date is based on your departure date from Korea.
- Please check in at least 30 minutes before your tee-off time. If you arrive late, the golf course may refuse play or change your tee-off time.
- Weather-related policies are subject to the golf course’s regulations.
(No refund will be provided if you choose not to visit the golf course based on your personal judgment.)
- Weekend rates apply when playing on Thai public holidays, with an additional charge of 20,000 KRW per person.

- Monkey Swing packages are confirmed subject to airline seat availability. If seats cannot be secured, the full payment will be refunded.; Meeting and Pick-up Location Information; 1. After collecting your luggage, exit through Gate B or C.
2. Turn right and head toward Exit 3.
3. At the divider between Exits 3 and 4, look for a Monkey Travel sign with your name.
4. Confirm your name in English and present your booking confirmation (voucher) to the staff.

- Cancellation made 30 to 22 days before the tour start date: 10% of the tour fare + reimbursement of airline cancellation penalties
- Cancellation made 21 to 15 days before the tour start date: 30% of the tour fare + reimbursement of airline cancellation penalties
- Cancellation made 14 to 8 days before the tour start date: 50% of the tour fare + reimbursement of airline cancellation penalties
- Cancellation made 7 days before the tour start date through the day of the tour: 100% of the tour fare
- Cancellation made on the day of the tour: 100% of the tour fare

※ Cancellations are subject to these terms only when the cancellation request is submitted on a business day (excluding public holidays and weekends) during business hours (by 18:00).; ▶Cancellation Policy for Jin Air Tickets◀; Air tickets may be issued in advance before the start of the trip.

If you cancel after the tickets have been issued, the airline’s cancellation fee will apply. This fee is charged separately from the cancellation fees outlined in the special terms.

Under the airline’s policy, itinerary changes are not permitted after ticket issuance. English name corrections are allowed only when the English name has the same pronunciation as the Korean name.

* If you cancel after ticket issuance and up to one day before departure:
- Cancellation fee: 120,000원
- Air ticket booking service fee: 10,000원

* From within 1 hour before departure through no-show:
- Cancellation fee: 100,000원
- Air ticket booking service fee: 10,000원
- No-show fee: 300,000원
