- Cancellation 30–22 days before the travel start date: 10% of the travel fee + airline cancellation penalty
- Cancellation 21–15 days before the travel start date: 30% of the travel fee + airline cancellation penalty
- Cancellation 14–8 days before the travel start date: 50% of the travel fee + airline cancellation penalty
- Cancellation from 7 days before the travel start date through the day of travel: 100% of the travel fee
- Cancellation on the day of travel: 100% of the travel fee

If you cancel after the airline ticket has been issued, the airline’s cancellation fee will apply separately from the cancellation fees specified in the special terms and conditions.

Under the airline’s policy, itinerary changes are not permitted after ticket issuance. English name corrections are allowed only when the pronunciation is identical to the Korean name.

* If you cancel after ticket issuance and by one day before departure:
- Cancellation fee: KRW 120,000
- Air ticket service fee: KRW 10,000

* If you cancel within 1 hour before departure or fail to show up:
- Cancellation fee: KRW 100,000
- Air ticket service fee: KRW 10,000
- No-show fee: KRW 300,000
