Q. How many holes can I play in total?
You can play from 54 up to a maximum of 90 holes. On weekdays, rounds are scheduled for either 18 holes at Thana City or 36 holes at Green Valley. On weekends and public holidays, the schedule includes 18 holes at Green Valley.
Q. How much is the additional fee for single-room occupancy?
An additional charge of KRW 47,000 per person, per night applies for single-room use.
Q. Is there a Korean-speaking staff member on-site?
Korean staff are available on-site at Thana City Golf Resort and Golf Club, so you can enjoy a comfortable and satisfying experience without any language concerns.
Q. Is late check-out available?
Late check-out at 6:00 PM is included, so you can enjoy the hotel’s facilities at your leisure.
Q. Is it possible to play a private round for two?
At all golf courses in Thailand, bookings for 1–2 golfers are generally arranged as Join(shared tour) rounds.

Thana City: two 18-hole rounds; Green Valley: one 18–36-hole round (weekday play only; one Green Valley round is mandatory).
On weekends and holidays, the round will always be 18 holes at Green Valley.

Tee-off time
Please include your preferred tee-off time in the booking request.

We will do our best to accommodate your preferred tee-off time, but it cannot be guaranteed.

If your requested time is unavailable, we will offer the closest available alternative.
Passport copy
Once your booking is confirmed, please send a copy of the passport of the guest listed as the room representative.

Providing the passport copy in advance allows us to complete pre-check-in, so you can go directly to your room upon arrival without completing the check-in process.
Airport Meeting Point
After collecting your luggage, follow the indoor walkway to Gate 3, where you will find a sign displaying your name. Show your booking confirmation to the staff and proceed as directed.
Cancellation Policy and Important Information
Unlike the Standard Terms and Conditions for Overseas Travel (Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards), special terms apply, including the following separate cancellation fees.

- Cancellation made 30–22 days before the tour starts: 10% of the tour price + airline cancellation penalty
- Cancellation made 21–15 days before the tour starts: 30% of the tour price + airline cancellation penalty
- Cancellation made 14–8 days before the tour starts: 50% of the tour price + airline cancellation penalty
- Cancellation made 7 days before the tour starts through the day of departure: 100% of the tour price
- Cancellation made on the day of departure: 100% of the tour price

※ Cancellations are subject to these terms only when requested during business days (excluding public holidays and Saturdays and Sundays) and business hours (by 18:00).
▶Flight Ticket Cancellation Fee Policy◀
Air tickets may be issued in advance of the tour start date.

If you cancel after the tickets have been issued, the airline’s cancellation fee will apply separately from the cancellation fees specified in the special terms and conditions.

Under the airline’s policy, itinerary changes are not permitted after ticket issuance. Changes to the English name are permitted only when the pronunciation remains the same as the Korean name.

*If you cancel after ticket issuance and by one day before departure:*
- Cancellation fee: KRW 120,000
- Air ticket processing fee: KRW 10,000

*For cancellations within 1 hour of departure or in the event of a no-show:*
- Cancellation fee: KRW 100,000
- Air ticket processing fee: KRW 10,000
- No-show fee: KRW 300,000

**Fuel surcharges and overseas airport facility fees may vary depending on the ticket issuance date and exchange rate.
