Basic Information
Review Information
Thai cuisine, famous for tom yum goong, is well-known worldwide.
Many people in our country also enjoy Thai cuisine.
However, unfortunately, many visitors to Thailand
It is better to experience Thai cuisine at street food stalls like rice noodle dishes or at affordable local restaurants.
In fact, just like Korean cuisine, high-end Thai food is elevated to a higher level in both presentation and taste.
We introduce high-end restaurants that shine through the Michelin Guide of Michelin (Michelin, US: Michelin), a tire company from France.
Celadon Restaurant, located at The Sukhothai Bangkok Hotel, a luxury hotel in Bangkok.

One of Bangkok's luxury hotels, the Sukhothai Bangkok Hotel is distinguished by its design inspired by the ancient Sukhothai dynasty of Thailand.
The hotel is located near Lumpini Park and
It is about a 10-minute walk from MRT Lumpini Station.
This is the entrance to Celadon Restaurant.
The 2018 Michelin is prominently displayed.
The interior of the restaurant is not particularly large, but it gives a calm impression.
Yeera Samrab Menu
Wankaew Samrab Menu
I reserved and visited the Yeera Samrab menu from the two-course options.
Both courses include nine items in total, from the first to the final coffee or tea.
Although the menu is in English, it includes a brief description of each dish, so you can tell what ingredients are used.
These courses are not available for order on-site and must be reserved in advance.
Of course, you can also add individual menu items by looking at the menu on-site.
First dish: Miang Guay Tiew Nuea Poo
A dish consisting of beef brisket wrapped in wide rice noodles.
Second dish, Plaa Nuea Bolan
'Yam' dressing, spicy Thai beef salad made with Thai herbs.
The third dish: Gaeng Lanjuan
Thai-style pork ribs soup.
The fourth through seventh items are served together on a single plate.
Thai Sea Bass Green Curry
Nuea Phad Kaprao: Minced Beef Basil Stir-fry.
Poonim Krathieam: Garlic Sauce Fried Shrimp.
Phad Phak Kana Naam Mann Hoy: Stir-Fried Kale with Tamarind Sauce
The eighth dish: Pueak Hom Naam Kati Khao Mao Krob
Since the warm Thai dessert featuring taro in coconut milk...
Ordering coffee or tea concludes the course meal.
Since we're already here to enjoy Thai fine dining, I decided to order some other dishes as well.
Gaeng Jaow Tarn Pla Hima
Southern-style tearfish yellow curry.
What is a Snow Fish? Upon searching, I found that in Korea, it is known as a popular grilled fish called merou.
Yamsom-O Khao Yai, Gai Kub Goong
One of the recommended dishes at Celadon restaurant is the pomelo salad.
Pomelo is said to be a fruit similar to grapefruit.
Phadthai Nueapoo Goong Maenaam Yaang
Pad Thai, the signature dish of Celadon.
Unlike the pad thai commonly seen in photos, this is different.
Of course, the prices are also vastly different. T_T
Since I was finally invited to this event, I enjoyed the meal.
I went there for lunch, but they mentioned that there are two Thai traditional performances in the evening at 19:30 and 20:30.
Since the prix fixe menu prices are the same for lunch and dinner, it would be nice to visit in the evening to enjoy a meal accompanied by a performance.
Usually, I eat at street stalls or local Thai restaurants in the neighborhood, but now I've also experienced places like this.
I realized that high-end Thai cuisine is truly unique.
It's also nice to experience a variety of Thai dishes at affordable local restaurants while traveling,
Why not enjoy some high-end Thai cuisine like this sometimes?
Moreover, Sukhothai Bangkok Sela Don Restaurant was also featured in the 2018 Michelin Guide.
