Nagoya's specialty "Sekai no Yamachan" fried chicken wings, enjoyed in Bangkok
Tebasaki, a famous specialty of Nagoya, fried chicken wings, established by the renowned Japanese comedian Yamazun.
It is now a chain restaurant famous enough to be found throughout Japan.
You can also find "Sekai no Yamachan" inside Sukhumvit Soi 39 in Bangkok.
When this crispy and tender chicken wing, bursting with a savory flavor, calls out to me with a cold beer
Sometimes I find myself here.
Sometimes people say it's too salty or that the pepper flavor is too strong, though opinions are divided.
Whenever I see this house always bustling with people, I think, "This must be a great restaurant."
To briefly explain the location,
Approximately 10-15 minutes' walk from BTS Phrom Phong Station in Bangkok.
Walking about 300 meters into Sukhumvit Soi 39, you will find this house on your right.
The character is so unique and eye-catching that you can spot it at a glance.
Even if it's so obvious, if you still can't find it... then you're a true directionally challenged person!!!
Now, shall we step inside the store?
I came a bit early to avoid the crowded times.
On weekday evenings, after office workers have left, it's truly like trying to catch stars in the sky to find an available seat!!!
It's always packed to the brim because it's the perfect spot to enjoy a refreshing draft beer after work. Haha.
And on weekends, it's even worse if anything is.
Can you see the chicken wings piled up like a mountain, right at the center of the menu screen?
That's the restaurant's signature dish: fried chicken wings.
Fried chicken wings are available for order in units of 5.
At 120 baht for five, that's roughly 4,000 won.
After thinking it over, it doesn't seem that cheap. ㅜㅜ
And there are also various Japanese-style appetizers available, so
It's also a place where you can enjoy the fun of choosing what to eat.
If you look at the chopstick packaging,
There is an easy and convenient way to enjoy fried chicken wings.
I remember at first I just ate it blindly without even looking... -_-
You can't go without a refreshing draft beer, right?
Finally, the Nagoya specialty, fried chicken wings, has arrived.
Personally, I find it quite small but incredibly delicious.
Of course, this is a dish that may be loved or disliked depending on individual preferences.
And this is a spicy marinated chicken wing, similar to spicy seasoned fried chicken.
Personally, I just feel that way.
But my friend who went with me said it was also delicious and ate it so well *^^*
And order the salad too!!!
The real treat is pairing meat with vegetables!
Anyway, the fried chicken wings enjoyed together with a refreshing draft beer on this day were simply the best.
For those traveling in Bangkok who wish to taste fried chicken wings at "Sekai no Yamazaka,"
Alight at BTS Phrom Phong Station and walk to Soi 39, or
You can simply tell the taxi driver "Bai Sukumvit Soi Sam Sip Kao Kap/Kha" and you'll be on your way.
Then, I will conclude the introduction to Bangkok's top restaurants and take my leave.
