Among Thailand's representative dishes, there is Som Tum.
We visited Sabushi, an all-you-can-eat sashimi and rice bowl restaurant made from the popular cucumber seeds, offering unlimited refills.
It's a very popular restaurant among Thais.
This is the Ekamai branch.
People are always waiting, so you'll need to get a number and wait. hehe
A: This is a table number that can accommodate multiple people sitting together.
B:57 This is a seat assignment ticket for one person per seat.
The interior is like this. It features a rotating belt displaying vegetables, fish, shellfish, meat, fish cakes, and other items.
On one side, the staff keeps bringing up more food. ^^
Once seated, set it up like this.
There are three types of broth: Tom Yum broth, chicken broth, and meat broth. (Please specify the broth you would like.)
The red paper on my left is the source. (It's delicious if you eat it with plenty of steamed garlic and steamed chili peppers. hehe)
Since the beverages are unlimited refills, please help yourself to as much as you like.
Thais prefer drinks over water, you know ^^:
This is the sushi corner, where they continuously fill it with crab meat and sushi.
Great people surely have the advantage of buffets, hehe.
This is the fish cake corner. There are so many people today that the food disappears as soon as it's served! ^^:
The fruits are watermelon and pineapple.
Here, you can find rice. Since there are many types of sushi, this corner is not particularly popular.
There are fried shrimp, dumplings, triangular fritters, grilled mackerel, and more.
Keep frying it until it's crispy, and it comes out perfectly crunchy! hehe
There's an ice cream corner here for desserts.
The ice cream is also worth eating.
Overall, the taste is average.
As expected, the all-you-can-eat buffet competes on quantity.. lol
I've lost count of how many bowls of raw fish I've eaten ^^:
Still, since I used the broth as the base and added the noodles at the very end, it turned into a delicious clam noodle soup! hehe
Still, it seems worth trying at least once while traveling. hehe
