Som Tam Nua
Basic Information
Review Information
When thinking of Thai food, dishes such as Tom Yum Goong, Pad Thai, and Som Tam come to mind.
I visited Somdangnu, famous for its Somdang, one of the places there. ^^
Somtum Nua has two locations. Both are in Siem, and they are not far apart.
After visiting the main branch at Siam Square Soi 5,
First, let me show you how to get to the Somdumnuah flagship store~
How to get to Somtum Nuad: Exit 4 at BTS Siam Station, enter Soi 5 Siam Square just a little bit, and you'll find Somtum Nuad.
Please refer to the photo below^^ (Exit 4 is at the main branch; Branch 2 is on the 4th floor of Siam Center, connected to Exit 1.)
I'm looking for number 4, number 4, number 4...^^;;;
To the left, you can see Siang Square Road. It's marked with an arrow, and it's not that far away, is it?
And I ordered my go-to dish when I'm sweating, Tom Saab Kra Dook (Hot and Spicy Pork Prime Ribs Soup), for 115 baht. It's a spicy, tangy, and sweet soup ^^ I usually eat Somtaem and Chapssapbap (Kai Niao) together, but since eating the glutinous rice makes my throat feel tight, I also ordered this soup. If you dislike the highball (pachchi), please say "My Sai Pachchi Kopp (male) / Ka (female)" when ordering. ^^ I forgot for a moment ^^;;;; And the famous Kaito (fried chicken) has arrived^^ (120 Baht)
Does it look appetizing??It was absolutely delicious after such a long time! I was a bit down after seeing how little soup there was, but tasting the Kai-teok lifted my spirits again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And this is Kab-Moo, deep-fried pork skin.Sai-Aua Sausage, Nam Prik Noom (a sauce made by boiling roasted chilies once, adding fish sauce, and pounding them in a mortar)~ (115 Baht) I also eat it on pork rinds and try it with a sticky rice wrap. ^^ It's spicy and delicious~ If you like spicy food, give it a try^^ Sticky rice is served one portion per person!! ^^ (25 baht per portion) Sometimes I eat it with somen noodles. Personally, I prefer the sticky rice wrap.^^ We ate our fill and the total came to 569 baht^^, which is approximately 21,000 won. In Thailand, it's expensive considering how much you eat, but compared to what you can get in Korea, it's quite cheap ^^ It was delicious. I'll also show you how to get to the Siam Center~ Somtam No. 2 is located on the 4th floor of Siam Center~
On the left, you can also see the Kumyang pork neck! ^^ + Singha
There's even a menu with pictures, so ordering isn't difficult at all~^^
This is Somtam Noo, which I visited in the past and left disappointed due to the rude staff and slow food service.
It wasn't bad after all this time. ^^
I came back more infatuated with Kai-teg than with Som-ttam^^
Recommended for chicken lovers!!!!
