Each room is operated with a hotel-style key card system, and key cards are provided according to the bed type you have reserved.
Even within the same villa, the number of rooms available for use may vary depending on the number of beds booked. Rooms that are not included in the reservation will be locked and cannot be accessed.
For example, if a 6-bedroom villa is booked as a 4-bedroom product, only 4 key cards will be provided, and the remaining 2 rooms cannot be used.
If Room 220, which can be used as a 7-bedroom or 8-bedroom villa, is booked as a 7-bedroom product, only 7 key cards will be provided, and 1 room will remain closed.
