Bad weather rules

Before you go to the golf course: Even if it rains, you must still go to the golf course.; If you do not arrive by your scheduled time, you will be considered a no-show. To avoid this, please inform the pro shop when you arrive at the golf course.; If the rain stops while you are waiting, your round will proceed. If it continues, the golf course's policy will determine whether you receive a rain check (voucher) or a refund.; Important: If the golf course determines that play can continue despite the rain, a refund or voucher may not be available.

During your round of golf: In most cases, refunds are not available if rain interrupts your round after it has started.; Some golf courses may issue a rain check (voucher) or provide a partial refund based on the number of holes played.; Please follow the rain check policy of the golf course where you are playing.

If you receive a rain check (voucher) from the golf course: You must request and receive it directly from the golf course.; Please confirm the validity period and redemption instructions when you receive the rain check (voucher).

Refund Conditions and Important Notes: If the golf course tells you that a refund is available, note the employee's name and contact us through the 1:1 inquiry board.; Some golf course staff may say, "You can cancel," but later clarify that cancellation is possible without a refund.; Please provide the employee's name and your contact information.
