    Outside food and beverages are not allowed on the course. Please do not bring them onto the course, as this may cause inconvenience.
    Please keep your valuables with you and take care while using the facilities. You are responsible for any lost belongings or accidents caused by your negligence.
    Dress code
    T-shirts, soccer jerseys, board shorts, jeans, and short shorts are not permitted.
    Some golf courses may not allow Mandarin-collar golf shirts, so a standard polo shirt is recommended.
    Knee-length shorts are permitted.
    Rules for groups of 2 or fewer
    Groups of one or two players may be paired with other golfers, depending on the course's availability.
    The starter will decide whether you play alone or with another group.
    If you are paired with other golfers, you may have to wait for your tee time.
    Bad weather rules
    Before you go to the golf course
    Even if it rains, you must still go to the golf course.
    If you do not arrive by your scheduled time, you will be considered a no-show. To avoid this, please inform the pro shop when you arrive at the golf course.
    If the rain stops before your tee time, your round will proceed as scheduled. If it continues to rain, the golf course will issue a rain check (voucher) or provide a refund in accordance with its policy.
    Important: If the golf course determines that play can continue despite the rain, a refund or voucher may not be available.
    During your round of golf
    In most cases, refunds are not available if rain interrupts your round after it has started.
    Some golf courses may issue a rain check (voucher) or provide a partial refund based on the number of holes played.
    Please follow the rain check policy of the golf course where you are playing.
    If you receive a rain check (voucher) from the golf course
    You must request and receive it directly from the golf course.
    Please confirm the validity period and redemption instructions when you receive the rain check (voucher).
    Refund Conditions and Important Notes
    If the golf course tells you that a refund is available, note the employee's name and contact us through the 1:1 inquiry board.
    Some golf course staff may say, "You can cancel," but later clarify that cancellation is possible without a refund.
    Please provide the employee's name and your contact information. We will verify the information and reply to you.
    Do not leave the golf course until you receive our reply.
    Additional Information & Notes
    Inclusions
    * Green Fee, Cart Fee (1 cart per person), and Caddy Fee (1 Caddy per person): 18 holes per day
    * Accommodation: Based on 2 guests sharing one room, depending on the room type
    * Breakfast (hotel): Simple meal
    Exclusions
    * Lunch (ordering directly at the clubhouse is recommended)
    Dinner (for Korean restaurants outside the resort, paid pickup is available) – Please inquire.
    * Caddy tips: 400 baht or more recommended per 18 holes – Pay locally, directly to the Caddy.
    * Transportation: 3,500 baht for 10 hours within the Khao Yai area; 2,800 baht for 6 hours
    Simple hotel–Thai restaurant round trip: 1,500 baht per vehicle (van)
    * Airport–resort round-trip transportation
    * Personal expenses, including minibar and laundry
    * Late check-out (until 18:00): Additional charges apply, subject to room availability
    Surcharge
    Important: An additional surcharge of KRW 20,000 per night applies annually from December 25 to January 10.
