Please be sure to inform the Thai staff at the golf course (who speak Korean; their contact information is listed on the voucher) 30 minutes before check-in and 30 minutes before check-out.

Caddie tip
Caddie tips are not included. The recommended tip is 300 THB per 18 holes. You may leave more if you are satisfied with the service.
The minimum caddie tip may change without prior notice, depending on the golf course's policy and conditions on the day.
Other notes
Outside food and beverages are not allowed on the course. Please do not bring them onto the course, as this may cause inconvenience.
Please keep your valuables with you and take care while using the facilities. You are responsible for any lost belongings or accidents caused by your negligence.
Dress code
T-shirts, soccer jerseys, board shorts, jeans, and short shorts are not permitted.
Some golf courses may not allow Mandarin-collar golf shirts, so a standard polo shirt is recommended.
Knee-length shorts are permitted.
Rules for groups of 2 or fewer
Groups of one or two players may be paired with other golfers, depending on the course's availability.
The starter will decide whether you play alone or with another group.
If you are paired with other golfers, you may have to wait for your tee time.
Bad weather rules
Before you go to the golf course
Even if it rains, you must still go to the golf course.
If you do not arrive by your scheduled time, you will be considered a no-show. To avoid this, please inform the pro shop when you arrive at the golf course.
If the rain stops before your tee time, your round will proceed as scheduled. If it continues to rain, the golf course will issue a rain check (voucher) or provide a refund in accordance with its policy.
Important: If the golf course determines that play can continue despite the rain, a refund or voucher may not be available.
During your round of golf
In most cases, refunds are not available if rain interrupts your round after it has started.
Some golf courses may issue a rain check (voucher) or provide a partial refund based on the number of holes played.
Please follow the rain check policy of the golf course where you are playing.
If you receive a rain check (voucher) from the golf course
You must request and receive it directly from the golf course.
Please confirm the validity period and redemption instructions when you receive the rain check (voucher).
Refund Conditions and Important Notes
If the golf course tells you that a refund is available, note the employee's name and contact us through the 1:1 inquiry board.
Some golf course staff may say, "You can cancel," but later clarify that cancellation is possible without a refund.
Please provide the employee's name and your contact information. We will verify the information and reply to you.
Do not leave the golf course until you receive our reply.

Vehicle Regulations
If you would like airport pickup or drop-off, please provide your flight number and arrival time in advance. We will notify the golf club, and payment is due on-site.

After collecting your luggage and exiting the airport, please look for the Sir James sign in front of Exit 4 (inside the gate area).
Transportation fees vary depending on the number of passengers.

1 person: 180 USD round trip, 100 USD one way
2 people (per person): 90 USD round trip, 50 USD one way
3 people (per person): 70 USD round trip, 45 USD one way
4 people (per person): 60 USD round trip, 40 USD one way

**Transportation fees must be paid in cash in USD.**
Transfers to nearby Sir James destinations at no extra charge: Watermill, Artitaya, Royal Hills, Narai Hill, Bonanza, Panorama, Mountain Creek, and more

Transfers to Bangkok and destinations more than 2 hours away: an additional 1,000바트 per vehicle—for example, Uniland, Dynasty, Hillside, New Thai, and more

Transfers to the Kanchanaburi area: an additional 2,500바트 per vehicle
Surcharge
- A mandatory payment of 50 USD per person applies to stays on December 31 (year-end party fee).
- Please pay all expenses locally in baht, except transportation costs, which must be paid in dollars.
