Dress code
T-shirts, soccer jerseys, board shorts, jeans, and short shorts are not permitted.
Some golf courses may not allow Mandarin-collar golf shirts, so a standard polo shirt is recommended.
Knee-length shorts are permitted.
Rules for groups of 2 or fewer
Groups of one or two players may be paired with other golfers, depending on the course's availability.
The starter will decide whether you play alone or with another group.
If you are paired with other golfers, you may have to wait for your tee time.
Bad weather rules
Before you go to the golf course
Even if it rains, you must still go to the golf course.
If you do not arrive by your scheduled time, you will be considered a no-show. To avoid this, please inform the pro shop when you arrive at the golf course.
If the rain stops before your tee time, your round will proceed as scheduled. If it continues to rain, the golf course will issue a rain check (voucher) or provide a refund in accordance with its policy.
Important: If the golf course determines that play can continue despite the rain, a refund or voucher may not be available.
During your round of golf
In most cases, refunds are not available if rain interrupts your round after it has started.
Some golf courses may issue a rain check (voucher) or provide a partial refund based on the number of holes played.
Please follow the rain check policy of the golf course where you are playing.
If you receive a rain check (voucher) from the golf course
You must request and receive it directly from the golf course.
Please confirm the validity period and redemption instructions when you receive the rain check (voucher).
Refund Conditions and Important Notes
If the golf course tells you that a refund is available, note the employee's name and contact us through the 1:1 inquiry board.
Some golf course staff may say, "You can cancel," but later clarify that cancellation is possible without a refund.
Please provide the employee's name and your contact information. We will verify the information and reply to you.
Do not leave the golf course until you receive our reply.

[Caddy Reservation]
Caddies cannot be reserved through travel agencies. Please search for the account @golfland or agdrop123 in the Line app.
[Equipment Rental Information]
Club Rental: 1,500 THB / Golf Shoes, Umbrella: Not available for rent / Empty Golf Bag: 200 THB.
*All fees are based on 18 holes, and the fees will be doubled for 36 holes.

Reservations for 1–2 persons are not available on weekends.
[Weekly Wednesday Tee-Off Headcount Guidelines]
Tee-off before 9:30 AM: Reservations available for 2–5 players.
Tee-off from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM: Reservations available for 3–6 players.
[Reservation Guidelines]
If you make multiple reservations for a large group, each booking will be processed separately and may be assigned different tee times or courses.
• Please ensure that all participants are included in a single reservation whenever possible.
• If it is unavoidable to split your reservation, please inform us through our one-on-one chat after completing your bookings. We will notify the golf course and request that your reservations be arranged in the same group.
• However, final tee time assignments are subject to the golf course’s policies and regulations.
