- Schedule changes or cancellations due to bad weather
In the event of safety concerns such as heavy rain or strong winds, the local operator may change or cancel the schedule on the day of the tour or the day before.
In such cases, you will receive a full refund. Refunds are not available if you choose not to participate because you are dissatisfied with the weather or decide not to attend for personal reasons.
- Infants must be included in your reservation
Infants aged 24 months or younger can join free of charge, but please include their age in months when booking.
If an infant is not listed on the reservation, they may be denied boarding or participation at the site.
- BBQ meals must be booked in advance
Please request a BBQ plate ($20 per person) when booking the tour. Orders cannot be placed on site.
Beer is served after all activities have ended.
- Activity order may change depending on conditions
The order of activities, or some programs such as snorkeling, kayaking, and paddleboarding, may be adjusted depending on waves, currents, the number of guests on site, and other conditions.
- Participation may be restricted if safety rules are not followed
Wearing a life jacket is mandatory, not optional.
If you do not follow the Guide’s safety instructions, you may be restricted from participating in the tour, with no refund.
- Lifeguards on duty; guests are responsible for their own safety
Lifeguards are stationed at the beach, but guests are responsible for accidents resulting from their own carelessness.
Please take extra care to stay safe.
- Take care of your valuables
As this activity takes place by the sea, we recommend leaving valuables such as electronic devices, mobile phones, and wallets at your hotel or keeping them in a waterproof pouch.
The operator is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.
- Travel insurance is recommended
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance before departure to cover unforeseen circumstances such as accidents, injuries, or medical expenses.
- Rules for shared Join tours
This is a Join(shared tour) with other guests.
Storing suitcases in the vehicle, shouting, drinking alcohol, and inconsiderate behavior are not permitted.
In the event of verbal abuse or offensive behavior, the Guide may remove you from the tour and take legal action at their discretion.
