📍 Plaza de España + Agana Cathedral
Plaza de España represents Guam’s painful history under Spanish rule for 333 years.
Although the site is home to little more than a small cannon on the lawn and a small palace beyond the wall, its spacious green grounds and Guam sign make it a wonderful place to take photos with Agana Cathedral in the background.
📍 Government Complex
Located by the coast, this building blends traditional Chamorro and Spanish architectural styles to create a picturesque view.
From here, you can see Ritidian Point at Guam’s northern tip and Two Lovers Point in the distance.
📍 Emerald Valley
This long, aquarium-like inlet is so clear that you can easily see the fish and coral below.
📍 Talaifak Bridge
Talaifak River is a lovely spot for photos, where a picturesque bridge meets the sea. It’s a 20-minute drive from Emerald Valley and can be found by searching for “old spanish bridge store.”
Look for the “Tollai Talaifak Historic Talaifak Bridge” sign nearby. After parking, you can take photos with the charming bridge and ocean as your backdrop.
📍 Cetti Bay Overlook
Enjoy a beautiful sunset from Cetti Bay Overlook. The surrounding area has space for a stroll or a relaxing break.
A popular photo spot with locals, the overlook also draws many visitors hoping to capture Guam’s beautiful scenery.
📍 Fort Soledad
Also known as the “Fortress of Our Lady of Solitude,” this fort was built during the Spanish colonial period to protect Umatac Bay.
Completed between 1802 and 1819, the fort was later destroyed by treasure hunters. Today, only its cannons and watchtower remain.
A popular spot for views of southern Guam and Umatac, the fort is also known for its beautiful sunsets. Many travelers visit to take fun “cannon shot” photos with the cannons as a backdrop.
📍 Merizo Pier + Merizo Bell Tower
Merizo means “small fish” in Chamorro and is one of Guam’s most popular scenic spots.
The picturesque walking paths and park around Merizo Pier and the bell tower make it a great place to relax and explore. The pier offers beautiful views of Cocos Island.
Known for its photo spot facing Cocos Island, it’s a lovely place to capture a memorable picture.
📍 Inarajan Natural Pool
Formed when lava from volcanic activity created a basin that traps seawater, Inarajan Natural Pool is a unique swimming spot popular with locals and visitors alike.
The water is calm and sheltered from waves, making it ideal for activities such as diving, swimming, and stand-up paddleboarding.
There’s a diving platform on the left side of the pool. Climb the stairs on the right for beautiful ocean views. - Meeting and Pick-up Location Information
