Your exact Pick-up time will be sent via KakaoTalk the day before the tour.
Your Guide will meet you at the hotel lobby entrance, confirm the name on your reservation, and take you to the tour.
Please be in the lobby 10 minutes before your Pick-up time. Late arrivals will be marked as no-shows and are not eligible for a refund.
Guests staying at guesthouses or accommodations without a designated Pick-up location will be picked up at a nearby hotel.
As this is a group tour, you cannot make your own way to the tour or join late. We and the local operator are not responsible for any losses resulting from this.
- Pick-up times at each hotel may be delayed by 5–10 minutes due to local conditions.
- Please wait in the lobby at least 10 minutes before your Pick-up time.
- Pick-up from Dusit Beach is at the G floor of Dusit Thani. Please make sure you go to the correct location.
