Please arrive at the Meeting Point on time.
Wait in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled Pick-up.
If you are not in the lobby or cannot be reached because your phone is turned off, you will be marked as a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.
Tour times and the itinerary may change depending on local conditions, including the weather, sea conditions, and other on-site circumstances. - 🧳 What to Bring and Wear (Required for Water Activities)

Please bring a swimsuit, towel, and change of clothes.
Snorkeling equipment, including masks and life jackets, is provided free of charge.
On sunny days, please bring sunscreen, a rash guard, and a hat.
Leave valuables and electronic devices behind, or protect them in a waterproof pouch.

Participation is not permitted after consuming alcohol or taking drugs.
Guests who are not strong swimmers may participate, but must follow the Guide’s instructions at all times.
While snorkeling, stay within a reasonable distance of the Guide and do not leave the designated area.
If you have a health condition or limitation, such as heart or respiratory disease or pregnancy, please consult us before booking.
Wearing safety equipment, including a life jacket, is mandatory. - 👨👩👧👦 Important Information for Guardians and Accompanying Guests

Children and infants must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
