This service provides private round-trip transportation from your accommodation in Vientiane to a golf course and back after your round and shower. Pick-up is available from hotels, Airbnbs, private villas, and other types of accommodation.
A van is available for groups of 1–6 passengers.
Luggage allowance is based on one golf bag per person. Please confirm the total number of passengers and amount of luggage before booking.
You can book for as few as one person. You will not share the vehicle with other groups.
All passengers—including adults, children, infants, and companions who are not playing golf—count toward the total passenger limit. The driver is not included.
The standard fare is based on pick-up and drop-off at accommodation in central Vientiane. Additional charges may apply for pick-up or drop-off outside the city center. Please check with us through the inquiry channel before booking.
Golf course reservations and green fees are not included. - ⛳ Hotel Pick-up and Return Details After Your Round

Your accommodation Pick-up time will be confirmed separately after your booking is confirmed, taking into account your tee time, travel time to the golf course, and time to get ready for your round.
Please meet the driver outside your accommodation at the confirmed time. If you’re staying somewhere other than a hotel, such as an Airbnb or private villa, please provide the Korean-speaking manager with the exact building name and location when you receive your vehicle instructions.
The driver will wait in a parking lot near the golf course while you play your round and shower. Once you’ve finished both, contact the driver. When the driver brings the vehicle to the place where you were first dropped off, please board.
If you can’t reach the driver or need assistance, contact the Korean-speaking manager in the KakaoTalk chat where you received your vehicle instructions.
If your golf course or tee time changes, please let the Korean-speaking manager know via KakaoTalk as early as possible.
If you’d like to stop at or be dropped off somewhere other than your booked accommodation, such as a restaurant, massage shop, or tourist attraction, please contact us through the inquiry channel before booking. After booking, please contact the Korean-speaking manager via KakaoTalk. Additional charges may apply. - ⏰ Waiting Time Information

The driver will wait for up to 30 minutes from your scheduled accommodation Pick-up time.
If you’re running late, please contact our Korean-speaking manager via KakaoTalk.
If the driver needs to wait longer than 30 minutes, additional waiting fees may apply, or the vehicle may no longer be available.
Refunds may not be available if you miss your scheduled Pick-up time for personal reasons.
At the golf course, the driver will wait while you play and shower. Please contact the driver once you’re ready. - 🧳 Golf Bag & Luggage Information

The van can accommodate up to 6 passengers and 6 golf bags.
Luggage space is limited. If you’ll be bringing suitcases, strollers, or other luggage in addition to your golf bags, or have a large amount of luggage, please contact us before booking to confirm whether it will fit.
When you receive your vehicle details, please also let the Korean-speaking manager know how many bags you have and their dimensions if you’re bringing a lot of luggage.
If you have more than one golf bag per person or any oversized luggage, you may need to switch vehicles or arrange an additional vehicle. Additional charges may apply if the vehicle you booked cannot accommodate all passengers and luggage. Please check in advance, as it may be difficult to arrange another vehicle on the day.
Please keep valuables such as passports, cash, and mobile phones with you. Before leaving the vehicle, check that you haven’t left behind any golf bags or personal belongings. - Information for Infants, Children, and Accompanying Guests

Adults, children, and infants all count toward the total number of passengers. Please include any companions who will ride in the vehicle, even if they are not playing golf.

Travel times may be delayed due to traffic, road closures, or bad weather.
We are not responsible for valuables or luggage lost or damaged due to personal negligence.

If your Pick-up is from non-hotel accommodation, such as an Airbnb or private villa, please provide the Korean on-site manager with the exact building name, Google Maps location, and local host’s contact details when you receive the vehicle service instructions.
The local Korean manager will send the Pick-up time, instructions for contacting the driver, and other vehicle service details to the KakaoTalk ID you provided when booking. Please review the instructions before using the service.
For questions or change requests after booking, or if you need assistance during the service, please contact the Korean manager in the KakaoTalk chat where you received the instructions.
