After your train arrives, exit the station and look for your driver holding a Monkey Travel sign. The driver will take you to your hotel in Luang Prabang city.

This is a one-way Private transfer between Luang Prabang Railway Station and a hotel in Luang Prabang city.

When booking, please select either station Pick-up or station Drop-off.

The standard fare covers travel between Luang Prabang Railway Station and a city hotel. An extra charge may apply for hotels outside the city, so please check before booking.

Train tickets and fares are not included. Stops at other locations are not included unless requested separately.

The current page only asks for the train’s arrival time for station pick-up. We recommend also making the train number a required field so the driver can identify the correct train.
⏰ Waiting time
Your driver will wait for up to 30 minutes from the train arrival time or hotel pick-up time provided with your booking.

If your train is delayed or its arrival time changes, please notify your local Korean-speaking contact via KakaoTalk.

Additional waiting fees may apply after the 30-minute complimentary waiting period, or the vehicle may no longer be available. Please check the vehicle details provided after booking.
Passengers & Luggage
Adults, children, and infants all count toward the total number of passengers; the driver is not included.

Standard luggage allowance is one suitcase per person. We’ll recommend a suitable vehicle based on the total number of passengers and the number and size of your bags.

Please let us know when booking if you’ll be bringing bulky items such as golf bags, large suitcases, or strollers, or if you have a lot of luggage.

If the number of passengers or bags increases after booking, you may need to change vehicles or arrange an additional vehicle, and extra charges may apply. Vehicle availability may be limited on the day of your transfer.
👶 Infants and children
Adults, children, and infants all count toward the passenger limit. Please enter the correct number of passengers in each age group when booking.

Any companions traveling with you by car who are not taking the train must also be included in the total passenger count.

- Pick-up or transfers may be delayed due to train delays, traffic, road closures, or weather conditions.
- Please keep valuables such as your passport, cash, and phone with you.
- Before leaving the vehicle, please check that you have all your luggage and personal belongings.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by personal negligence.
- Travel insurance is not included, and we recommend arranging your own coverage.
