This tour travels by dedicated vehicle from your hotel in Luang Prabang to Kuang Si Waterfalls and Pak Ou Caves.

A Guide is not included. You’ll have a set amount of free time to explore each attraction after arrival.

At Pak Ou Caves, the tour includes a round-trip boat ride from the pier to the caves.

Admission fees for Kuang Si Waterfalls and Pak Ou Caves, as well as lunch, are not included and must be paid individually on site.

The total tour duration and your hotel arrival time may vary depending on local traffic, time spent at each attraction, and boat operations.

Access to some areas may be restricted, or sightseeing may not be possible, due to local operating conditions or facility inspections.
👕 What to Wear & Visitor Information
Kuang Si Waterfalls and Pak Ou Caves have stairs and sloping paths, so please wear comfortable, non-slip shoes.

If you plan to swim at Kuang Si Waterfalls, please bring swimwear, a change of clothes, and a towel. Follow on-site guidance about whether swimming is allowed and which areas are open for swimming.

Pak Ou Caves are a religious site, so please avoid revealing clothing and respect local customs and visitor etiquette.

Do not enter restricted areas, and take care not to slip around the waterfalls or inside the caves.
🚤 Pak Ou Caves Boat Information
To visit Pak Ou Caves, you’ll take a boat from the pier across the Mekong River.

The round-trip boat fare is included in the tour price, but the Pak Ou Caves admission fee is not.

The steps or boarding platforms may be slippery, so please take care when getting on and off the boat.

For your safety, please remain seated while on board and follow the instructions of the local staff.

Boat schedules may change or services may be restricted depending on river levels, weather conditions, and local operating conditions.
🍽️ Lunch Information
Lunch is at your own expense. Please choose where to eat and return to the vehicle by the time advised, following the tour schedule. The dining location and time may change depending on local conditions.
📍 Tour End and Drop-off Information
After visiting Kuang Si Waterfalls and Pak Ou Caves, you’ll be dropped off at the Luang Prabang city hotel agreed upon in advance. The tour ends at drop-off.

Changes to your drop-off location may be difficult on the day of the tour, so please confirm it before departure.

Arrival times may vary depending on local traffic and how long you spend at each attraction. Please allow plenty of time for any plans after the tour.

No additional transportation to your accommodation or next destination is provided after drop-off at the agreed location.
☀️ Outdoor Sightseeing and Weather Information
Kuang Si Waterfalls and Pak Ou Caves involve outdoor travel, so we recommend bringing a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and drinking water.

The tour will go ahead in rainy weather if conditions are safe. Please bring an umbrella or raincoat.

Rain and changes in river water levels may restrict access to some areas or make boat operations difficult.

Sightseeing times may be adjusted based on attraction opening hours and local conditions.

Please wear your seat belt while in the vehicle.

When traveling by boat, follow the safety instructions provided on site. If a life jacket is provided, you must wear it.

Please keep your personal belongings and valuables, including your phone, wallet, and passport, with you and under your care inside the vehicle, at attractions, and while on the boat.

Accidents caused by personal negligence during the tour, or the loss or theft of valuables, will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and based on whether the company is at fault.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance in case of an accident.

The itinerary and time spent at each attraction may change depending on the weather, traffic, attraction operating hours, boat services, and other local conditions.

If any areas of Kuang Si Waterfalls or Pak Ou Caves are temporarily closed or access is restricted, we’ll confirm what remains accessible and any changes to the tour, then let you know whether you’re eligible for a refund.

If we cancel the tour because it cannot proceed due to a natural disaster, government restrictions, or other unavoidable local circumstances, you’ll receive a full refund of the tour price.

If you’re unable to join the tour due to personal circumstances, late arrival, or a no-show, the cancellation and refund policy provided at the time of booking will apply.
