- Infants under 1 year old: Free admission, but they cannot participate in the experience program.
- Children aged 5 and under must be accompanied by one adult per child.

- Infants aged 0–3: Not covered by insurance (a separate consent form is required).
- Children 100 cm or shorter must participate at the same water depth as an adult.

How to check in: Present your voucher at the ticket counter to confirm your booking and receive a wristband before entering. Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time. - 💡 Important Notes When Booking
- If you purchase both the Explorer and Discovery programs, you’ll enter together at the Discovery time. Each program will then proceed according to its own schedule.

This booking is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
You may change the date once by submitting a request at least 3 days before your visit.
If your requested date is fully booked and the change cannot be made, the booking remains non-refundable. - 🐬 Dolphin Pool Rules
- Do not enter the dolphin pool or touch the dolphins without the trainer’s direct permission.
- To protect the dolphins’ skin, the use of perfume and sunscreen is restricted.
- Please do not wear any accessories or jewelry, including rings and earrings.
- 📸 Photography and Safety Information
- For your safety and convenience, only smartphone photography is permitted. Professional cameras, GoPros, and drones are not allowed inside.
- Women who are menstruating cannot participate in the Discovery program.
- Pregnant guests may only participate in the Explorer program. They are not permitted to join any other programs.
