2. Confirm Details – Provide your requested Pick-up and Drop-off locations and confirm availability.
3. Booking Confirmation – Receive your confirmed booking and voucher.
4. Use the Service – The driver will contact you via WhatsApp one day before your date of use, and you will meet on the day of service. - 💡 Important Information

The price is per vehicle. A small vehicle (MPV) for 1–3 passengers will be assigned by default.
For groups of 4 or more, please contact us separately.
This product is a simple transfer service from one destination to another.
If you would like to visit stops along the way or add extra itineraries, please book another product that includes these options. - A night surcharge applies to departures between 00:00 (midnight) and 05:00. You can pay the surcharge on-site. (IDR 50,000 per vehicle)
- If you are staying at an Airbnb, please enter the exact address.
- Available for all ages. Car seats for infants are not provided.

Failure to use or participate in the service on the scheduled date will be treated as a No Show and is non-refundable.

However, if the service is unavailable or major changes are made to its details, rescheduling or a refund may be offered in accordance with local operating policies.

If you do not receive important updates because the app was not installed or your information was not provided, assistance may be limited.
Additional charges may apply during local holidays, public holidays, and special periods. We will confirm this after booking and notify you separately.
