Additional Information & Notes
Itinerary and Meeting Time
As this is a Private tour, the meeting time can be arranged flexibly. Please leave your preferred meeting time when booking.

Tour and vehicle travel times may be adjusted depending on traffic and local weather conditions on the day.

Travel times, time spent at each attraction, and the order of visits may change due to traffic, weather, or attraction operating conditions.
Airport Pick-up Information
Airport Pick-up is recommended for travelers arriving on morning flights. The tour starts at your actual meeting time, after you have completed immigration and collected your luggage—not at the aircraft’s landing time.

If your flight is delayed, time at some attractions may be shortened or the itinerary may change, depending on the museum’s opening hours and the total vehicle service time.
Install WeChat
Please install WeChat in advance to stay in touch during your trip.
One to two days before the tour, the local operator or your assigned Guide will send you the Meeting Point details.
Beer Museum reservation
The Beer Museum requires online reservations under each visitor’s real name for a specific time slot. Please enter your full name in English and passport details accurately when booking.

If your selected time slot is sold out, your schedule may be adjusted to another time, or your reservation may not be available.

Depending on conditions at the venue, you may need to wait to enter the museum or access the tasting area.
Vehicle and luggage
Vehicles are assigned based on the number of guests and the amount of luggage declared in advance. If you’re bringing bulky items such as suitcases or strollers, please provide the quantity and size when booking. If we don’t receive your luggage details in advance, your items may not fit in the vehicle, or an upgrade fee may apply.
Alcohol-related items
Beer tastings are available to adults only, in accordance with the local legal drinking age and museum regulations.
Inclusions for minors and guests eligible for free or discounted admission may differ from those for standard adult tickets.
