- The minimum group size required for tour departure is 5 participants. If this requirement is not met, the tour may be canceled 1 day prior to the scheduled date.
- Vehicles, guides, pick-up services, and itineraries are shared and not provided on an exclusive basis.
- Tour visit sequence, meeting times, and duration at each location cannot be modified individually.
- Pick-up and drop-off times are subject to change depending on hotel locations, traffic conditions, and total group size.
- Please arrive at all designated meeting points on time. To prevent delays for other travelers, the tour will depart promptly without waiting for late arrivals.
- Please select either a Korean-speaking guide or an English-speaking guide at the time of booking.
- Guides will conduct tour arrangements and venue explanations in the selected language. Language preferences cannot be changed on the day of the tour.

- Giant pandas are live animals, and their activity levels may vary depending on weather, temperature, season, health status, and individual conditions.
- The following facilities are closed every Monday for regular maintenance:

Giant Panda Museum
Panda Art Museum
- Other facilities may also be closed temporarily due to maintenance, animal care, or local operational circumstances.
- Shuttle bus fees inside the Panda Base are not included and must be paid separately on-site if used.
- Comfortable shoes are strongly recommended, as extensive walking is required inside the Panda Base. - 💡 WeChat Installation Required
