The payment method is limited to real-time bank transfer, credit card, easy payment, and phone payment. Payment confirmation requires a certain time, so payment by bank transfer/virtual account is not possible.
The reservation is processed immediately and confirmed immediately.
Only bank transfer is allowed for local currency payment, and payment confirmation is required, so payment is only possible during business hours.
Please request payment confirmation from the customer center within 15 minutes after completing the transfer.
If you would like to make an immediate payment and reservation outside of business hours, please convert to KRW and proceed with the reservation and payment.

Important information

The reservation change is not possible, and if you would like to change the reservation, please cancel the reservation and make a new reservation.
The product that cannot be refunded is not refundable after the reservation is confirmed, so please be careful when selecting.
The cancellation time is based on Korean time.

If the number of people exceeds the reserved number, additional fees may be incurred at the time of check-in, or you may be denied entry.
If you accompany an infant, you must make a reservation including the infant, and if you make a reservation without including the infant, additional fees may be incurred at the time of check-in, or you may be denied entry.
Even if breakfast is included, breakfast for infants is not included. The hotel regulations require that the infant breakfast cost be paid separately at the time of check-in.
