Signature hole: Hole 12: This is one of the course’s signature holes. Water is located on both sides of the tee box and fairway, and there is also a water hazard on the right side at approximately 75 yards before the green, so an accurate shot is required.

Check-in Method: After arriving at the golf course, please present the confirmation voucher shared by the local operator via KakaoTalk at the pro shop.

Caddy tip: Caddie tips are not included at this golf course. The recommended caddie tip is 15 USD per 18 holes. You are welcome to give more depending on your satisfaction with the service.

Child round rules: Children aged 0 and above are allowed rounds.
The rate is the same as the adult rate, and please make sure to write the full age in years in the request section. (Example: 11 years old)

Rain check rules: If play is not possible due to bad weather, please first inquire with the golf course staff.

Other notes: Outside beverages and food are not allowed on the course. Please refrain from bringing them in, as it may lead to inconvenient situations if caught.; Please keep your valuables with you, and be cautious to avoid any safety incidents while using the facilities. If valuables are lost or safety accidents occur due to personal negligence, you will be responsible, so please be careful.

Dress code: Round t-shirts, soccer uniforms, board shirts, denim pants, short pants are not allowed.; Collared shirts only. T-shirts and round-neck shirts are not permitted.; Shorts that reach the knees are allowed.

Round rules for 2 or less: For groups of 1-2 players, you may be paired with other golfers depending on the situation at the course.; Depending on the starter's judgment, the round will be either a single round or a paired round.; If you are paired with other golfers, it may take some time to wait for the tee time.

Bad weather rules

Before you go to the golf course: Even if it rains, you must go to the golf course.; If you don't arrive at the scheduled time, you will be considered a no-show. (Please inform the pro shop that you have arrived at the golf course to prevent no-shows.); If the rain stops during the waiting period, the round will continue, and if it continues to rain, the golf course regulations will determine whether to issue a rain check (voucher) or refund.; Be careful! If the golf course determines that it is possible to play even if it rains, it may be difficult to get a refund or a voucher.

During your round of golf: In most cases, it is difficult to get a refund if the round is interrupted by rain after the round has started.; Some golf courses may issue a rain check (voucher) or partially refund based on the number of holes played.; Please refer to the rain check regulations of the golf course you are using.

If the golf course issues a rain check (voucher): You must request and receive it directly from the golf course.; Please inform the rain check regulations when you receive the rain check (voucher).

Refund Conditions and Cautions: If the golf course tells you that you can get a refund, please check the name of the employee and contact us through the 1:1 board.; Some golf course staff may say 'you can cancel' but when you check, they say 'you can cancel but you can't get a refund'.; Please leave the name of the employee and your contact information so that we can check if the information you received is correct and reply to you.; You must not leave the golf course until you receive our reply.

To avoid any issues, you should be connected with the local Korean manager and receive round guidance the day before use.
Please make sure to take note of this.; [Booking Procedure]; Under the Laos golf course booking system, a quotation is sent first, and the booking is confirmed only after payment is completed.

3. Confirmation proceeds after payment is completed
4. If available, a confirmation voucher is sent / If unavailable, an alternative time will be advised, and the booking will either be changed and confirmed or canceled and refunded
※ The local Laos operator is scheduled to send a separate confirmation voucher via KakaoTalk 2–3 days before the date of use.
※ Please note that the booking is not confirmed immediately after payment. Final confirmation is made only after availability is checked.; [Bunker, Putting & Chipping Green]; 06:00–18:00 (free of charge); [1–2 Player Policy]; Reservations for 2 players are available from April 1 to September 30.
However, outside of this period, 2-player bookings are not available, and even if you complete the application and payment, the reservation may later be rejected.
Please note that outside of the above period, reservations are available only for 3 players or more.; [Cart Policy]; Golf carts are not provided, and all rounds are played on foot.; [Rental Policy]; Rental is available, but as an outside pro shop is used, it must be requested in advance.

(Please note that other items such as shoes, umbrella only, and empty golf bag are not available for rent.); [Cancellation Policy]; Free cancellation for Laos golf courses is available up to 15 days before the date of use.
Example: For a booking on January 16, free cancellation is available until January 1, 18:00 (Korea time).
During the high season (October to April 19), reducing the number of players is possible only within the free cancellation period.
After the free cancellation period, reducing the number of players is not allowed (adding players is possible).
