Pick-up will be provided at the accommodation you informed us of in advance. As this is a join-in tour with guests from other travel agencies, the pick-up may be delayed by approximately 15 minutes from the scheduled time.

09:30 Water Cave Tubing & Elephant Cave Tour: Experience tubing at Tham Nam (Water Cave) and explore Tham Xang (Elephant Cave).

11:00 Kayaking: Kayak along the Nam Song River while enjoying the spectacular scenery of Vang Vieng.

Additional Information & Notes: 🚩 1. Pick-up and Meeting Information; Pick-up will be arranged from the accommodation you provided in advance.
This is a shared group tour with other travelers. Depending on pick-up arrangements on the day, the vehicle may arrive approximately 15 minutes later than scheduled.
Please contact us if the vehicle has not arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time.
Please be ready in your accommodation lobby or at the designated meeting point before the scheduled pick-up time.
Arriving late without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
Pick-up is available only within central Vang Vieng. Availability depends on your accommodation’s location. Pick-up is not available from outlying areas.; 🌧️ 2. Weather and Local Operating Conditions; The tour normally operates even in rainy weather. However, the itinerary order may change, or certain activities may be restricted, depending on weather and safety conditions.
During the rainy season, access to the Water Cave may be restricted for safety reasons due to water levels and conditions on site. No partial refund will be provided in such cases.
If the operator cancels the entire half-day tour before departure for safety reasons, a full refund will be provided.
The order of visits and the duration of activities may change depending on local conditions.; 📢 3. Safety Guidelines; Participation may be restricted for safety reasons for guests who are 120 cm tall or shorter, or who weigh 120 kg or more.
Please follow all instructions from local safety staff and observe all safety rules during water cave tubing and kayaking.
We are not responsible for accidents resulting from personal negligence or failure to follow safety instructions.
Some sections inside the caves may be steep or slippery. Please watch your step. Guests with claustrophobia or difficulty participating in cave activities should refrain from these activities.
Kayaks may capsize. Guests who are afraid of water or have difficulty participating in water activities should carefully consider whether to participate.
Travel insurance is not included. We recommend purchasing travel insurance before leaving your home country.; 💰 4. Refunds and Non-Participation in Activities; No partial refund will be provided if you choose not to participate in water cave tubing, the Elephant Cave visit, or kayaking for personal reasons.
Guests who do not participate in an activity may spend free time at a designated location.
No partial refund will be provided if the tour operates but the itinerary changes or certain activities are restricted due to weather or local conditions.; 🔸 5. What to Bring and Additional Information; Shared-use waterproof pouches are provided. However, we are not responsible for the loss of or damage to mobile phones, glasses, cash, valuables, or other personal belongings.
Charges may apply if complimentary loan equipment, such as waterproof bags or life jackets, is lost or damaged.
As the tour includes water cave tubing and kayaking, please bring footwear suitable for getting wet, swimwear or comfortable clothing, a towel, sunscreen, a hat, and a change of clothes.
