09:00 Hotel Pick-up

Pick-up will be provided at the accommodation you informed us of in advance. As this is a join-in tour with guests from other travel agencies, the pick-up may be delayed by approximately 15 minutes from the scheduled time.

09:30 Water Cave Tubing & Elephant Cave Tour: Experience tubing at Tham Nam (Water Cave) and explore Tham Xang (Elephant Cave).

11:00 Zipline Tour: Experience the thrill of ziplining while taking in the breathtaking natural scenery of Vang Vieng.

12:00 Lunch: Picnic lunch (local food)

13:00 Kayaking: Kayak along the Nam Song River while enjoying the spectacular scenery of Vang Vieng.

15:00 Free Time at Blue Lagoon 1: Relax and enjoy the emerald-colored natural pool at Blue Lagoon 1.

16:30 Return & Tour Completion

After the tour, you will be transferred back to your accommodation. Drop-off within Vang Vieng town may also be arranged in consultation with the driver.

Please be on time for the meeting. If you are late without prior notice, you will be considered a no-show and no refund will be provided.
Pick-up service is available within Vang Vieng town only and may vary depending on the location of your accommodation. Pick-up is not available for accommodations located across the river.; 🌧️ 2. Weather & Local Conditions; The tour operates even in rainy weather. However, the itinerary may be adjusted depending on weather and safety conditions.
During the rainy season, cave access may be restricted for safety reasons due to water levels or local conditions. No partial refund will be provided in such cases.
If the tour operator cancels the entire tour for safety reasons and the tour cannot depart, a 100% refund will be provided.
The order of activities and detailed itinerary may change depending on local conditions.; 📢 3. Safety Precautions; ※ For safety reasons, participation is restricted for guests who are 120 cm or shorter in height or weigh 120 kg or more.
During free time, diving, jumping, and all other activities, please follow the safety instructions and wear a life jacket.
The tour operator is not responsible for accidents caused by personal negligence or failure to follow safety instructions.
Some areas inside the caves are steep and slippery. Please take extra care. Guests with claustrophobia or difficulty participating in cave activities are advised not to enter the caves.
Kayaks may capsize during the activity. Guests who are afraid of water or uncomfortable participating in water activities should carefully consider whether to participate.
Travel insurance is not included in this tour. We recommend purchasing travel insurance before departure.; 💰 4. Refunds & Non-Participation in Activities; No partial refund will be provided if you choose not to participate in certain activities, such as ziplining or cave exploration, for personal reasons.
If you choose not to participate in an activity, you may spend your time at the designated area until the activity is completed.
If certain activities are changed or restricted due to weather or local conditions, no partial refund will be provided as long as the tour continues to operate.; 🔸 5. What to Bring & Additional Information; Shared waterproof bags/pouches are provided. However, the tour operator is not responsible for the loss of or damage to personal belongings, including mobile phones, glasses, cash, and valuables.
If complimentary equipment such as waterproof bags or life jackets is lost or damaged, you may be charged for the replacement cost.
We recommend bringing trekking shoes or footwear suitable for getting wet, a towel, sunscreen, a hat, and mosquito repellent.
