The price is per vehicle. A small vehicle (MPV) for 1–3 passengers will be assigned by default.
For groups of 4 or more, please select the appropriate vehicle upgrade option under Additional Options: a medium vehicle for 4–5 passengers or a large vehicle for 6–10 passengers. -
Airport Pick-up: Please select the date of your service as the “arrival date” of your inbound flight. Your driver will be assigned based on your flight’s arrival date and time.
- Example: For flight KE433 arriving on January 1 at 23:50, select January 1 as the service date.
- In the additional booking information, enter your arrival flight number, arrival date, and arrival time accurately. -
Airport Drop-off: Please select the date you will meet at your hotel as the service date.
- Example: If you are taking flight KE434 departing at 01:10 on January 2, select January 1 as the service date, when you will meet at the hotel.
- In the additional booking information, please enter your departure flight number, departure date, and departure time accurately. - If you are staying at an Airbnb, please enter the exact address of your accommodation.
- An additional fee of 100,000 IDR per hour applies if the complimentary waiting time is exceeded. (Pay the driver directly on site.)
- All ages are welcome, but child car seats are not provided.
