- ✅ Step 1: Request Your Booking & Receive a Quote
Please submit a booking request for your preferred date.
Be sure to include these three required details:
Lead guest’s name / Total number of participants / Handicap information for all participants
💳 Step 2: Make Payment & Confirm Your Booking
Review the quote and proceed with payment.
Once payment is complete, your booking confirmation will be sent to you!
🕙 Step 3: Receive Instructions the Day Before Your Round
One day before your round, we will notify you via KakaoTalk of the 📢 meeting time and Tee Off time!
Step 4: Meet on the Day of Your Round
▶ Make your own way to the meeting point by the designated meeting time.
- Meeting point: Main hall in front of Suragan Restaurant at SV City Rama3
If the meeting time changes, we will notify you separately in advance!
🚐 Step 5: Check In & Depart
Check in at the meeting point, then travel by vehicle to the golf course with the other golfers.
🏁 Step 6: Finish Your Round & Return
After your round, you will be dropped off back at the meeting point.
- Caddie tip
- Caddie tips are not included. The recommended tip is 400트 THB per 18 holes. You may leave more if you are satisfied with the service.
- Other notes
- Outside food and beverages are not allowed on the course. Please do not bring them onto the course, as this may cause inconvenience.
- Please keep your valuables with you and take care while using the facilities. You are responsible for any lost belongings or accidents caused by your negligence.
- Dress code
- T-shirts, soccer jerseys, board shorts, jeans, and short shorts are not permitted.
- Some golf courses may not allow Mandarin-collar golf shirts, so a standard polo shirt is recommended.
- Knee-length shorts are permitted.
- Rules for groups of 2 or fewer
- Groups of one or two players may be paired with other golfers, depending on the course's availability.
- The starter will decide whether you play alone or with another group.
- If you are paired with other golfers, you may have to wait for your tee time.
- Bad weather rules
- Before you go to the golf course
- Even if it rains, you must still go to the golf course.
- If you do not arrive by your scheduled time, you will be considered a no-show. To avoid this, please inform the pro shop when you arrive at the golf course.
- If the rain stops while you are waiting, your round will proceed. If it continues, the golf course's policy will determine whether you receive a rain check (voucher) or a refund.
- Important: If the golf course determines that play can continue despite the rain, a refund or voucher may not be available.
- During your round of golf
- In most cases, refunds are not available if rain interrupts your round after it has started.
- Some golf courses may issue a rain check (voucher) or provide a partial refund based on the number of holes played.
- Please follow the rain check policy of the golf course where you are playing.
- If you receive a rain check (voucher) from the golf course
- You must request and receive it directly from the golf course.
- Please confirm the validity period and redemption instructions when you receive the rain check (voucher).
- Refund Conditions and Important Notes
- If the golf course tells you that a refund is available, note the employee's name and contact us through the 1:1 inquiry board.
- Some golf course staff may say, "You can cancel," but later clarify that cancellation is possible without a refund.
- Please provide the employee's name and your contact information. We will verify the information and reply to you.
- Do not leave the golf course until you receive our reply.
