Signature hole
• West Course – Hole 17 (Par 4 / Approx. 307m)
Hole Features: This signature hole on the West Course features an artificial waterfall and tropical landscaping behind the green. Although this is a relatively short Par 4, the bunkers surrounding the green and significant undulations require a precise wedge approach.
• East Course – Hole 15 (Par 3 / Approx. 128m)
Hole Features: This signature hole on the East Course features an island green surrounded by water hazards at the front and around the green. Although the hole is relatively short, the wind and surrounding hazards add significant pressure, making accurate club selection and a precise landing point key to a successful approach.

Check-in Method
All golfers must check in at the Golf Registration Centre at least 30 minutes before tee-off and be at the tee box at least 10 minutes before tee-off.
Children’s play policy
Children aged 0 and older may play.
Golfers aged 12 and under who hold a proficiency certificate must be accompanied at all times by an adult with a valid handicap.
Other notes
Outside food and beverages are not allowed on the course. Please do not bring them onto the course, as this may cause inconvenience.
Please keep your valuables with you and take care while using the facilities. You are responsible for any lost belongings or accidents caused by your negligence.
Dress code
T-shirts, soccer jerseys, board shorts, jeans, and short shorts are not permitted.
Some golf courses may not allow Mandarin-collar golf shirts, so a standard polo shirt is recommended.
Knee-length shorts are permitted.
Rules for groups of 2 or fewer
Groups of one or two players may be paired with other golfers, depending on the course's availability.
The starter will decide whether you play alone or with another group.
If you are paired with other golfers, you may have to wait for your tee time.
Bad weather rules
Before you go to the golf course
Even if it rains, you must still go to the golf course.
If you do not arrive by your scheduled time, you will be considered a no-show. To avoid this, please inform the pro shop when you arrive at the golf course.
If the rain stops before your tee time, your round will proceed as scheduled. If it continues to rain, the golf course will issue a rain check (voucher) or provide a refund in accordance with its policy.
Important: If the golf course determines that play can continue despite the rain, a refund or voucher may not be available.
During your round of golf
In most cases, refunds are not available if rain interrupts your round after it has started.
Some golf courses may issue a rain check (voucher) or provide a partial refund based on the number of holes played.
Please follow the rain check policy of the golf course where you are playing.
If you receive a rain check (voucher) from the golf course
You must request and receive it directly from the golf course.
Please confirm the validity period and redemption instructions when you receive the rain check (voucher).
Refund Conditions and Important Notes
If the golf course tells you that a refund is available, note the employee's name and contact us through the 1:1 inquiry board.
Some golf course staff may say, "You can cancel," but later clarify that cancellation is possible without a refund.
Please provide the employee's name and your contact information. We will verify the information and reply to you.
Do not leave the golf course until you receive our reply.

📢 Eligibility Requirements Policy
Golfers without a valid handicap or whose handicap is above 24 (Men) and 36 (Ladies) shall not be entitled to play on KLGCC.
