- After you arrive at Yantai International Airport, you’ll be met by a staff member holding a sign with your name, and then you’ll be transferred by vehicle.
The meeting and sanding fee is 300 CNY per person, payable directly on site.
A local staff member who can speak Korean will also be on hand, and during your airport meeting on the first day, we’ll provide detailed guidance regarding your vehicle, hotel, and golf course.
We’ll also let you know that if any issues or questions come up during the rest of your schedule, you can confirm them immediately with your assigned contact.
- Caddie tip
- Caddie tips are not included. The recommended tip is 22,000 KRW per 18 holes. You may leave more if you are satisfied with the service.

- Please keep your valuables with you and take care while using the facilities. You are responsible for any lost belongings or accidents caused by your negligence.
- Dress code
- T-shirts, soccer jerseys, board shorts, jeans, and short shorts are not permitted.
- Some golf courses may not allow Mandarin-collar golf shirts, so a standard polo shirt is recommended.
- Knee-length shorts are permitted.
- Rules for groups of 2 or fewer
- Groups of one or two players may be paired with other golfers, depending on the course's availability.
- The starter will decide whether you play alone or with another group.
- If you are paired with other golfers, you may have to wait for your tee time.
- Bad weather rules
- Before you go to the golf course
- Even if it rains, you must still go to the golf course.
- If you do not arrive by your scheduled time, you will be considered a no-show. To avoid this, please inform the pro shop when you arrive at the golf course.
- If the rain stops while you are waiting, your round will proceed. If it continues, the golf course's policy will determine whether you receive a rain check (voucher) or a refund.
- Important: If the golf course determines that play can continue despite the rain, a refund or voucher may not be available.
- During your round of golf
- In most cases, refunds are not available if rain interrupts your round after it has started.
- Some golf courses may issue a rain check (voucher) or provide a partial refund based on the number of holes played.
- Please follow the rain check policy of the golf course where you are playing.
- If you receive a rain check (voucher) from the golf course
- You must request and receive it directly from the golf course.
- Please confirm the validity period and redemption instructions when you receive the rain check (voucher).
- Refund Conditions and Important Notes
- If the golf course tells you that a refund is available, note the employee's name and contact us through the 1:1 inquiry board.
- Some golf course staff may say, "You can cancel," but later clarify that cancellation is possible without a refund.
- Please provide the employee's name and your contact information. We will verify the information and reply to you.
- Do not leave the golf course until you receive our reply.

- Tee-off times are 06:00–08:00 for Round 1 and 13:00–15:30 for Round 2, and the schedule may be adjusted slightly depending on local conditions.
- The package is based on 2 people per cart and 1 Caddy. If you book for 3 or 5 people, an additional single cart fee of 120 CNY per 18 holes per cart will apply.
- Upon arrival, please note that the Caddy fee and cart fee are payable in cash as a single payment. Refunds are not available even if you do not play.
- Even if you can’t play due to natural disasters or personal circumstances, refunds are not available.
