▶ Tee times are assigned one week in advance. If an early tee time is assigned due to local circumstances and you are unable to use the hotel breakfast restaurant, a boxed breakfast will be provided instead.
▶ If a reservation cannot be made due to a tournament or the course being fully booked, it may be changed to another golf course, and an additional charge may apply.
▶ Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the departure date. Entry may be denied if your passport is damaged.
▶ As this is a package product, no refund will be provided if you choose not to participate in the rounds, meals, or included activities. ◈ Cancellation Fees (penalties based on land arrangements)
- Cancellations made up to 15 days before the start of the trip: deposit refunded
- Cancellations made 14–8 days before departure: 30% penalty
- Cancellations made 7 days before departure through the day of departure: 100% of the land arrangement cost charged as a penalty
◈ Airline cancellation penalties vary depending on the timing of cancellation relative to the departure date. Fees may apply after ticket issuance regardless of how much time remains before departure.
◈ If the English spelling of a passenger’s name needs to be changed after ticket issuance, the ticket must be canceled and refunded before making a new reservation.

◈ For hard-block (charter) flights, a penalty of 100% of the airfare applies to cancellations or changes made after the reservation is submitted.
