Refund policy
  • If you paid by virtual account or wire transfer in won, you must provide the refund account number so that the refund can be processed.
  • After changing or canceling, we will refund to the account number you provided on the same day.
    However, if you paid by real-time account transfer (full cancellation), credit card payment cancellation, the refund will be processed through the credit card payment authorization cancellation, and it may take 5~7 business days to recover the amount.
  • For the case of canceling a phone payment, only the payment for the current month can be canceled, and the amount excluding the fee of 3.5% will be refunded to the account.

Reservation change and cancellation notice
  • All standard dates are based on 18:00 Korean time, and any cancellation/change requests received after 18:00 are considered to be received the next day.
  • The check-in date calculation is based on business days excluding public holidays in World (Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays in ).
  • If the cancellation policy of the product supplier is stricter than that of Monkeytravel, the policy of the product supplier will be applied.
  • Pre-announced guaranteed bookings (non-refundable reservations, etc.) are non-refundable in full regardless of the remaining period.
  • In the case of early check out after check-in at a hotel, the amount for the remaining period is non-refundable.
  • In the case of hotel, separate foreigner rates may apply to foreigners (including foreign passport holders) other than Koreans.
  • Frequent changes or cancellations may result in a penalty, even if the date is eligible for full refund. Please note this.
  • Cancellation must be requested through Monkeytravel, We are not responsible for any disadvantages that may arise from requesting cancellation directly to the hotel or relevant business.
  • Monkeytravel is a reservation agency for the product selected by the customer. Any disputes regarding exaggerated advertising, false or defective products, deposits, etc. must be resolved directly between the customer and the company that sold the product.
