- Cancellation before ticket issuance: No cancellation fee or penalty will apply.
- Cancellations after ticket issuance: Once the flight tickets have been issued, cancellations and refunds may not be available, or fees may apply depending on the airline’s policies and local regulations.
- Same-day cancellation: A penalty equal to 100% of the package price will be charged for cancellations made on the day of travel.
- Non-refundable local costs: If you are unable to play a round after arriving at the destination due to personal circumstances, sunset, rain, tournaments, natural disasters, or any other reason, no included or excluded costs, such as cart fees and caddie fees, will be refunded.

Single Room Surcharge: Junding Resort: KRW 40,000 per person per night (KRW 50,000 per person per night during holiday periods) / Hilton: KRW 40,000 per person per night (KRW 70,000 per person per night during holiday periods)
Hotel Change: To change your booking from Junding Resort to the Hilton Hotel, please contact us separately after booking. We will confirm availability and provide the additional cost. - 🏌️ Golf Round
- Operating policy: The standard arrangement is one cart and one caddie for every two golfers. Depending on conditions at the local golf course, this may change to one cart and one caddie for every four golfers.
- Single cart charge: An additional fee of 120 CNY applies per 18 holes.
