- Cancellation after ticket issuance: Once your flight ticket has been issued, it may not be possible to cancel or receive a refund, or fees may apply depending on the airline’s and local regulations.
- Same-day cancellation: A cancellation made on the day of travel will incur a penalty of 100% of the total package price.
- Local costs are non-refundable: Once you arrive at the destination, no included or excluded costs (such as cart fees and caddie fees) will be refunded if you are unable to play due to personal circumstances, sunset, rain, tournaments, natural disasters, or any other reason.

- Single Room Surcharge: KRW 40,000 per person per night (KRW 50,000 per person per night during holiday periods)
- 🏌️ Golf Rounds
- Operating policy: The standard arrangement is 2 golfers per cart and 1 caddie per 2 golfers. Depending on local golf course conditions, this may be changed to 4 golfers per cart and 1 caddie per 4 golfers.
- Single cart charge: An additional fee of 120 yuan applies per 18 holes.

Golf Course Restrictions:
Rounds will be played at Yinghai, Huashan, or Tiantai CC, and only one golf course may be used per day.

Upon arrival at the international airport, you will meet a staff member holding a name sign and then transfer by vehicle.
The meeting & sending fee must be paid directly on site.
