Day 1 (Incheon → Qingdao)

Depart from Incheon International Airport / Arrive in Qingdao
After arriving at Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport, meet your Guide
Play 18 holes at Tiantai CC (until sunset)
Check in to your hotel, then enjoy free time

Accommodation: Four Points by Sheraton Qingyang East (2 guests per room) Meals: Lunch (lunch box) / Dinner (not included)

Day 2

After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the golf course.
Play 18 holes at Yeonghae/Hwasan CC.
After your round, enjoy free time at your leisure.

Accommodation: Four Points by Sheraton Qingyang East (2 guests per room) Meals: Breakfast (hotel-style) / Lunch (not included) / Dinner (Yangkozi & Qingdao)

Day 3 (Qingdao to Incheon)

After breakfast at the hotel and check-out, transfer to the golf course.
Play 18 holes at Yinghai/Huashan CC.
Transfer to Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport.
After airport check-in, depart for Korea.
Arrive at Incheon International Airport.

Cancellation Policy and Important Notes / Precautions
Unlike the Overseas Travel Standard Terms and Conditions (Consumer Dispute Resolution Criteria), special terms apply, and the following cancellation fee addendum is applied separately.

▶ Cancellation Fee Terms (Special Terms) ◀
- If you notify us 30 days to 22 days before departure: 10% of the tour price + compensation for any airline penalties
- If you notify us 21 days to 17 days before departure: 30% of the tour price + compensation for any airline penalties
- If you notify us on the day of departure or 16 days before departure: 100% of the tour price

※ Cancellation fees apply only to cancellation requests made during business days (excluding public holidays and Saturdays/Sundays) and during business hours (up to 18:00).

Meeting Details
▶ Meeting board: Guest name
▶ Qingdao Airport → Four Points by Sheraton / Pullman (approx. 50 minutes) // Tiantai CC (approx. 60 minutes)
- On Day 1, a light meal (kimbap & drinks) is provided for you to enjoy on the way from the airport to Tiantai CC.
▶ A Korean-speaking staff member (Guide) will assist you. (Including tee-off and meal-related support, as well as local tour consultation.)
▶ This is a package product. Airport Pick-up and transfers by vehicle, as well as travel to the golf course, are arranged as a Join(shared tour). If you request a Private vehicle, an additional fee will apply.
▶ Additional vehicle charges may apply for Late Check-out or individual Drop-off, as separate transfers are arranged when needed, or when your destination changes.
Special Notes
▶ Hotels: Hwasan/Yeonghae/Cheontae CC take about 40–50 minutes, and Castlelex CC takes about 70 minutes.
▶ For 2 people, Join play is prioritized for allocation, and Join tee-off times may be assigned earlier.
▶ On the first day after arrival, depending on flight delays, sunset timing, and other circumstances, we may proceed with hole-jump arrangements or continue until sunset. In the later rounds, light play may be available on some holes.
▶ The golf courses listed on the itinerary are provided to help you understand the plan. Depending on your booking timing, the course allocation order may change.
▶ Round time is limited to a maximum of 4 hours 30 minutes. Dress code: collared tops; bottoms may be shorts with a knee length. Jeans are not permitted.
▶ Tee-off times are assigned one week in advance. Depending on local conditions, earlier tee-offs may be arranged; if hotel breakfast is not available, a packed lunch will be provided instead.
▶ Cheontae CC is designed with 18 holes on weekdays as the standard. Weekend rounds require an additional fee.
▶ Per Castlelex CC operating guidelines, Korean staff are stationed on-site, and a Guide cannot accompany you. We arrange tee-off on-site by traveling with a driver.
▶ If the tournament course or fully booked courses cannot be reserved, we may switch to another golf course, and an additional fee will apply.
▶ As of the departure date, your passport must have at least 6 months of validity remaining. If your passport is damaged, entry may be refused.
▶ As this is a package product, there is no refund if you do not participate in the rounds, meals, or included schedule. (This also applies to events such as natural disasters or rain.)
