Minimum booking requirement: At least 2 guests.
Booking process: Payment ➔ Cancellation policy reconfirmed while your booking is being confirmed ➔ Final confirmation - ✈️ Airfare and Cancellation/Refund Policy
- Cancellation before ticket issuance: No cancellation fee applies.
- Cancellations after ticket issuance: Once your flight ticket has been issued, cancellations and refunds may not be permitted. If allowed, fees vary depending on the airline and local regulations.
- Same-day cancellation: Cancellations made on the day of travel incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the package price.
- Local costs are non-refundable. After arrival, no costs—whether included in the package or paid separately, such as cart fees and caddie fees—will be refunded if you are unable to play due to personal circumstances, sunset, rain, a tournament, a natural disaster, or any other reason.
- Price Change Notice
- Rates are based on the lowest available airfare. Prices may vary depending on seat availability, peak season, holiday periods, and travel dates, so please contact us in advance. Fares may increase if seats sell out early.
- 💡 Options & Important Information
- Single room surcharge: KRW 50,000 per person per night at Gunjeong Resort (KRW 60,000 per person per night during holiday periods)
- 🏌️ Golfing
- Standard arrangement is one cart and one caddie for every two golfers. Depending on conditions at the local golf course, this may change to one cart and one caddie for every four golfers.
- Single-cart surcharge: An additional 100 yuan per 18 holes.
- Transportation & Meeting

Upon arrival at the international airport, meet the staff member holding a sign, then transfer by vehicle.
Meeting and Drop-off fee: CNY 400 per person, payable directly on site.
▶ Airport ↔ Hotel: approximately 30 minutes
▶ Hotel ↔ Gaowenhu GC: approximately 25 minutes
The Pick-up and Drop-off bus is shared with other groups, not a private vehicle. - 🍽️ Meals

- On-site Staff Support: A Korean-speaking staff member is based locally and will assist with information about your vehicle, hotel, and golf course when you meet at the airport on the first day. They can also promptly assist with any questions during your trip.

Additional charges, including meeting and transfer fees, golf cart fees, caddie fees, and caddie tips, are payable in cash in the vehicle on the first day.
You can also pay by currency exchange, WeChat Pay, or Alipay.
