Wink Hotel Danang Riverside is a 4-star hotel that opened in 2023, located along the Han River in Da Nang. It’s about a 5-minute drive from the city center and 15 minutes from the airport, with Vincom Plaza nearby.

08:30 onward: Hai Van Pass and a coffee break
This 21 km mountain pass winds over the Annamite Range and is famous for its scenic drive, with views of the South China Sea.
Although it falls within Hue’s administrative boundaries, it’s close to Da Nang and makes a great stop to enjoy the views on the way to Hue.

Explore Hue’s Ancient City, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Tour times and the itinerary may change depending on the weather and local conditions on the day.

10:00–12:00 Sightseeing at Hue Imperial City
Hue Imperial City is one of the region’s top attractions, featuring palaces and tombs associated with the emperors who once lived there. Emperors of the Nguyen Dynasty resided in this vast walled complex.
The inner area was once a Forbidden City, accessible only to the emperor, his concubines, and his closest aides. Unauthorized entry could be punishable by death.
Although reconstruction is underway to preserve the site as a historic attraction, little of the Forbidden City remains today, and much of it lies in ruins.
The South Gate, where visitors enter, is said to have been modeled after China’s Forbidden City. Beyond the gate, the complex includes royal residences, temples, and the emperor’s own Forbidden City, whose name was also modeled after its Chinese counterpart.

12:00–13:00 Sightseeing at Hue Imperial City
A Vietnamese home-style set meal is included for lunch. Though not as well known as pho or banh mi, this is a much-loved meal among Vietnamese people, prepared with care.
One set is provided for every 2 guests:
- Rice, morning glory, braised pork, grilled meat, and garlic shrimp

13:00–14:00 Khai Dinh Tomb
Emperor Khai Dinh ruled from 1916 to 1925 during the later years of the Nguyen Dynasty. Construction of his tomb began in 1920 and was completed in 1931. This concrete structure with Western influences stands in stark contrast to other imperial tombs modeled after Chinese architecture, with its design reflecting the impact of French colonial rule.

14:00–15:00 Visit Minh Mang’s Tomb
Construction of Minh Mang’s Tomb began in 1804 and took just over three years to complete. It is one of the architectural sites built under Chinese influence.
Emperor Minh Mang played a major role in strengthening the country, and his reign marked the height of the Nguyen dynasty. The tomb is especially striking for the civil and military mandarins, horse and elephant statues lining either side of its main gate, Dai Hong Mon, and the splendor of Sung An Temple.

15:00–16:00 Visit to Thien Mu Pagoda
Located on a hill overlooking the Perfume River, Thien Mu Pagoda was built in 1601 and is famous for its seven-story tower.
At the entrance stands an octagonal, seven-story tower built in the 19th century. Rising more than 21 meters, it is considered one of Vietnam’s most iconic architectural landmarks, not just in Hue.
Buddha statues are enshrined on each level of the tower. Two pavilions stand on either side: one houses a stele resting on the back of a large turtle, and the other holds a massive bell weighing over 2 tons.

Enjoy a light serving of Vietnamese pho for lunch. The generous amount of scallions adds a fragrant aroma that blends beautifully with the broth. The tender beef is so soft it practically melts in your mouth.

My Son, a Hindu temple complex built by the Champa Kingdom, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Once the kingdom’s religious and political capital, My Son is smaller than Cambodia’s Angkor Wat and Myanmar’s Bagan, but holds comparable historical significance. Around 70 ruins remain beneath Mount Maha Parvata, which represents the Hindu god Shiva. Most of the surviving structures date from the 8th to 13th centuries.

17:00–21:30 Old Town and Night Market Visit with Dinner
Hội An Ancient Town, located in Quảng Nam Province, Vietnam, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. From the 15th to the 19th century, it was one of Southeast Asia’s leading trading ports. Its architecture and urban layout, shaped by Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese, and European influences, remain remarkably well preserved, offering a glimpse into a traditional Southeast Asian trading port.
**Floating wish candles:** As night falls, Hội An Ancient Town comes alive with colorful lights. Along the river, you can enjoy the sight of countless candles glowing on the water. Set a candle afloat with a wish and take home another special memory of Hội An.

The Pearl Hoi An Hotel is a 5-star hotel, resort, and mixed-use complex that opened in 2019. Offering great value, it is located at the entrance to Hoi An, about 40 minutes by car from Da Nang Airport. The hotel complex includes The Pearl Mall, and An Bang Beach is about a 10-minute walk away.

10:30–14:30: Ba Na Hills Tour
Ba Na Hills is a mountain theme park at an altitude of 1,487 m. Once a French colonial-era retreat, it has been transformed into a modern tourist attraction. Highlights include the Golden Bridge, held aloft by giant hands, a French Village lined with European-style buildings, Fantasy Park with a variety of rides, beautiful gardens, and temples.

Built on a mountain at an altitude of 1,487 m, this theme park offers a chance to explore a 19th-century French castle and an amusement park. Take the world’s second-longest cable car to the summit, then enjoy the French castle-inspired theme park, Flower Garden, Linh Ung Pagoda with its seated Buddha statue, the Golden Bridge, and more.
The recently opened Starbucks is another popular stop, thanks to its beautiful building and distinctive setting at Ba Na Hills.
Once the cable car stops operating, there is no way back down, so be sure to take the cable car down before service ends.

15:30 Visit the Museum of Da Nang
Reopened in 2025 and located along the Han River, the museum explores Da Nang’s history, its wars with France and the United States, and the region’s cultural heritage.

Pink Cathedral: One of Da Nang’s most iconic Catholic churches, known for its striking pink exterior. Built in 1923 in a European architectural style, it’s a popular photo spot for visitors.

16:30–18:00 Visit Han Market
Located in the heart of Da Nang, Han Market is a traditional local market where you can find a variety of goods at affordable prices, including local food, fruit, souvenirs, clothing, and coffee. It’s a great place to experience local culture and shop.

18:00 Dinner (Vietnamese menu at FA Lounge)
Serving dishes that have been popular with Korean guests since 2018, the restaurant provides portions based on the group size. The menu varies depending on the number of guests.
