📍 Tour Itinerary
🚗 Enjoy a completely flexible itinerary.
🕛 Your vehicle is available for the duration you booked. After meeting your driver, simply let them know where you’d like to go.
📍 For the easiest navigation, search for your destination on Google Maps and show it to your driver.
🏨 Please be sure to specify your Pick-up and Drop-off locations when booking.

※ After meeting your driver, exchange KakaoTalk details or get their phone number. When you’re ready to meet again, agree on a time and message your driver on KakaoTalk if anything changes.
※ Additional charges may apply on-site if your itinerary involves traveling long distances back and forth.
※ If you have trouble communicating or need urgent assistance, contact our Korean staff using the emergency number listed at the bottom of your confirmation.
※ To request changes or additional time, please send a message through the channel where you made your booking.
🚗 Vehicle Information
🕒 Information on Vehicle Use Beyond the Scheduled Hours
Additional use beyond the time included in your selected option costs VND 100,000 per hour before 22:00 or VND 200,000 per hour from 22:00 onward. This fee is separate from tips, and you must request additional time in advance.

→ If you haven’t selected an additional-time option but would like to extend your rental, please request it in advance, as your driver may have another booking afterward.
→ If you selected an additional-time option, the extra charge is already included in the amount you paid.
→ If you didn’t select an additional-time option but request an extension, you’ll need to pay the driver directly on the day.
→ Extensions requested on the day may not be available, depending on your driver’s schedule.
💸 Tips (Not required)
Driver gratuity: 50,000–100,000 VND per group (optional)
You can store your luggage in the vehicle’s trunk.
- Luggage cannot be stored on the seats.
- Please keep your valuables with you.
- Luggage may not be accepted for storage in the trunk if your suitcase is unlocked.
📢 Changes & Other Information
The tour operates even in rainy weather. We will contact you only if the operator decides to suspend operations in advance.

Please send any change requests through the channel at least 3 days before your tour date.

For urgent matters, call the emergency number listed on the voucher sent to your email.
